The hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming. They made my experience super great. The pool area was very clean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the mini fridge in the room and the balcony view. Overall the hotel staff made my trip all worth it.

The room can have a few decorations like a picture frame or plants to make it feel more like home. Not much but a few. The wifi signal/speed was terrible. The restaurant staff can be more attentive to their guests as most of the time I had to reach out to them for something when I was dining in person at the restaurant.

staff was always very helpful, very friendly. location is excellent and the parking is very safe. The rooms were comfortable, extremely clean and A/C worked perfectly.

internet connection was very poor, even when I would come out of my room. also, we were told just 2 towels per room, even though the reservation was for 4 persons. Front desk gave us one extra towel after our request, but said small children are not entitled to a towel... I do not agree with this policy.

The staff at this hotel is terrific, very helpful, good English. We arrived at night by car in a rainstorm, and they guided us around the block and into the parking lot (another good feature of the hotel) and protected us with umbrellas as they took the bags in. The restaurant is very good and open until 10 PM, which we really needed that night. The breakfasts are also good, with lots of choices. The location is very central. We didn't use the pool, but did sit by it. Room clean and quiet and well equipped.

The rooms could use an upgrade. Some wiggly faucets, dated window shades, Nothing functional, though.

This place is a gem within Chetumal! The room was fantastic and comfortable and all the staff (front desk, domestic staff, and restaurant staff) were extremely nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Chet.

More pillows on the king size bed would've been great. I'm sure I could've asked for more, but I didn't want to bother anyone.

The room was just perfect the blankets were so soft and cozy..

The restaurant service with the waiter took to long to attend us we were 10min seating waiting for a menu I had to grab one by myself and waiting for the waiter to take our order and never came so we just left..

The location was very good you can do all you shopping for clothing footwear and more . The room was ok 👌 restaurant and service 1000 very happy if i don't stay there for sure i go eat there 1000% very good.

The pool need more maintenance on time.

The breakfast (and we also ate dinner) were very tasty and the service was great and helpful (as we had a question about Chetumal). All the staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful.

This is not the hotel’s fault but the power went out (in entire section of the city). The hotel generator very soon kicked in for power to be restored.

Small fridge in room. The paintings on the entrance ceilings are beautiful.

Door to shower stall is a tight squeeze. Shower head cannot move and pointed at wall. A washable curtain and oiling of showeehead, to adjust would significantly enhance.

Basic rooms, but very nice beds. The doors and walls all a bit thin, but I was lucky and had no noisy neighbors. Nice pool. The restaurant is really good, too. I had some good quesadillas. Breakfast was also nice.

I like its location, its on the city center. Bed was comfortable. The shower was good enough to take a bath. The owner or manager gave us a warm welcome at the entrance. Two pools and 1 jacuzzi is an excellent idea.

I guess they should put a sign that says something like "keep silent at 10pm" on the walking areas. I heard the noise of other guests at 11pm from our room.
