Actually was my second time staying here and love that receptionists still have that friendly, charismatic and professional service. Although its on center of city but you can still have a confortable sleep without sorounded noise. The pool was clean. The shower was perfect for two persons. Its an easy access to taxis, banks and nearby restaurants. I do reccomend it for couples and families

I guess just the wifi needs improvement.

The location is good, the space was quiet, the lobby area has a nice ambience, rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Room service did not work for us - tried to order coffee and never got it. The bedding and pillow shams were a bit funky (the underside of the duvet was dirty and the shams had a musty smell). The bedsheets were clean. There was no floor mat for the shower the first day when we checked in and only two towels in a room booked for 4 persons. Asked for additional towels a the front desk and got one more. The internet connection was extremely poor (we were on the third floor). it worked better near the pool and in the lobby.

I have no complaints with this hotel. Its my 3rd time and all the times thier service has been excellent. I do recommend this place for anyone who is visiting or using chetumal as an overnight point.

I like the location. The rooms are spacious and clean.

I did not like the disrespectful way we were treated. I felt we were ignored and waited 2 hours after check in to get the second room. The front desk was not welcoming.

My family members were not allowed to enter until I arrived even though the rooms were paid for and their names were listed on the reservation for their rooms.

Excellent location, right in the main, hospitals and food access in walking distance.

The internet was not accessible as the hotel was full 😣

We had a very small room, the bed was huge, and filled up the full room. But we did not pay much either. So it was totally fine for the price. It was pretty quite. Just a normal, fine hotel in the centre. We did not speak Spanish, which can be bit of a challenge ;)

Nothing in particular. It was just fine, nothing great nothing bad.

Didn't even know they offer breakfast.

The room did not have a refrigerator and iron. The television did not have a single English Chanel.

Receptionists were really kind. Excellent customer service. I do reccomend for budget travellers. My room was spacious

I like that the receptionist was willing to assist us with or needs.

The WiFi in room 317 is too slow.. I literally had to stay be the door the get good wifi.
