Hotel was basic but good. Big clean rooms and comfortable bed. Great shower pressure for the first time for us in Mexico. Downstairs resteraunt was amazing. Went there for dinner and breakfast. Not cheap but also not expensive. Delicious high quality food tho and good for and early departure. Also the host at reception was very helpful to us when we needed to find a currency exchange. Good location next to the main street.

Hotel room is basic but expected. The walls were a bit thin, and we could hear our neighbor snoring all night through the walls, but his snoring isn't the hotels fault.

I love this place! Rooms are large, very clean and simply furnished to create peace. No clutter or dirty old carpets to maintain. Beds are comfortable. Staff is helpful and responsive. Location is convenient and centrally located, yet still rather peaceful. There is a good restaurant on the premises with long hours, as well as a convenience store a few doors down. t enjoyed using the pool with patio area and its trees. The A/C is strong, shower works well. It is within walking distance to the beautiful Mayan museum as well as the bus stations. A good stopover for travelers or those visiting Chetumal itself. Also a reasonable taxi ride to the airport.

No complaints. Only that an inconsiderate guest brought their unregistered noisy puppy despite the fact that it IS a pet-friendly property. As soon as I called iit to the attention of staff, my room was changed.

Everything was perfect…but the most important was they allowed our dog, even though she was bigger than the normal Mexican dog. She was quiet and well behaved and clean. We always travel with her bed and try not to be noticed. So thank you for allowing us to have her with us for the one night. We will return!

nothing, it was exactly what we needed. My husband was sick and had to have medical attention, we live in Xcalak and had to travel for an emergency kidney test

I arrived very early, so i have to wait a few hours, but they make their best to have my room ready , and 2 hours before the check in, the told me IT WAS READY, so they let me have it, nice !!Ohhh, and because i was goint into Guatemala to visit Tikal, a mayan ruins, they hold a couple of pieces of luggage for 3 days, so i could travel light, and It is in downtown, such a good location. Everything great!

The rooms definitely look better in pictures than in reality, the walls are rather dirty but everything was relatively working so for one night it was ok. I think you get what you pay for in this price range.

The location was very strange, in centre, easy to walk to the sea side but there was no bar / restaurant / place to buy beer at all, we were walking around without being able to find anything open where to eat. Also far from ADO bus, we had to take taxi for 50 pesos. Walls are thin, we heard everything from the room next to as well as when people being noisy outside their rooms.

Some attention is needed to Some things. Example. Te mattress for one of our beds needs changing did not provide a good support . The doors also need changing.. deteriorating....other than that.....nice comfortable spacious rooms

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. There is a lift so no need to walk up the stairs with your luggage. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was soft.

There must have been a drainage issue with our room in particular because it smelt very bad. We only noticed it with our room and not the other party’s room. However, their beds were not as comfortable as ours.

its actually our 3rd time in this hotel and reason why we returned is because from the first time we loved it. its close to shopping stalls and the malecon. i love that they have a sign that says to be quiet from 8pm to 7am as some people do want to have a well sleeping time. do recommend it

Restaurant was very good, eclectic menu. Location was convenient, room was fine.

The pool and pool area very disappointing. In serious need of TLC. Water was so murky could barely see the bottom..We would not get in much as we would have liked to

I love the family room and the elevator. The room was quiet and we sleep very good. The front desk was bilingual and very friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming. The rooms had television, comfortable beds and seating arrangements.

The room needed a refrigerator. We found hair on the floor. Please ensure that the cleaners double check the rooms. The hot and cold shower was not working in the morning. The pool had some dead flies and leaves. Please clean it more often. Thanks
