Great location right in front of the beach and the malecón. You can easily walk to a store and a myriad of restaurants and enjoy the nightlife as well. You also have street food vendors within a block if you really want some local flavor. They also have bikes with locks you can use :) The top floor terrace space is great with a view and cute lights for the nighttime plus a small pool to cool off and enjoy. Juanita was extremely welcoming and was even waiting for me at the door when I arrived! She answered all of my questions and told me I can send her a WhatsApp if I needed anything. Rooms are very clean, spacious, a/c, fridge, kitchen… and well equipped bathroom too The bed and pillows, I want to take them home 😂 I would definitely recommend this hotel and will book again for the next time I’m in town! 😊

Very nice location, can’t be more central, lots of good restaurants nearby, and the sea view is fantastic. It’s right in the middle of where it’s happening in Chetumal. Comfy bed, spacious room, and they let me park my car in the courtyard. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful.

Well, the central location also means there’s a lot of noise, a doppeldecker tour bus with full blast music will pass by every 20 minutes on weekends, until midnight. The local motorbike gang loves to revv their engines until the wee hours and go up and down the Bay road. So, if you’re susceptible to noise and can’t sleep, don’t choose this place. It’s quiet in the mornings however, so you can sleep in. Another thing that struck me as weird is the fact that there are frying pans provided, but no stove, only microwave. Strange. There’s a huge fridge though.

The location is wonderful. I was taking a water taxi to Belize, so it was really convenient. It’s also right on the boardwalk with lots of activities and restaurants nearby.

My room was massive. However, the dealbreaker for me was that were no windows. The other thing that I didn’t realize, is that this isn’t actually a hotel. I had a difficult time finding the front entrance. But, I reached out and someone sent somebody outside. Really, all I needed to do was knock on the locked door, but I didn’t realize, that there wasn’t an office. The woman who met me was super nice though. Also, a nice size bathroom, but I had absolutely no water pressure.

Prime Location– Just steps from the malecón (boardwalk) and close to restaurants, shops, Luxurious Amenities super comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, and the hot tub. Impeccable Cleanliness– The housekeeping team did an amazing job; everything was spotless . Friendly, Attentive Staff – From check-in to check-out, the team was welcoming and went above and beyond to assist with tours and local recommendations . **Great Value** – For the quality of service and facilities, the price was very reasonable .

Everything was great!

Everything was great. We asked if we could get a ground floor room due to my wife having difficulty with stairs, this was organised for us. On arrival we were two hours early but were allowed to check in early once the room was cleaned. On seeing the views from a first floor room we asked if there was any possibility of changing room this was also allowed. Other than a fantastic view the room was large, clean and very well equipped with self catering facilities. The bed was also very comfortable.

Nothing! Some people have complained about the noise from the street, but if they had bothered to go downstairs they could have enjoyed the atmosphere and delicious food available. The noise did not continue to late

The property is very well located and easy to get to restaurants and stores. The ladies working there are so friendly and were able to help with anything we needed. Having a larger room for a multi day stay was great and the 24 hour pool came in handy on the really hot days.

The futon in my room was a bit old and could do with being replaced. While it looks nice, it has lost a lot of support, and when it doubles as the couch, it is not all that comfortable.

The staff is exceptional. I had packages sent in advance and they tool an effort to receive them (because of DHL, not the hotel). The room was large and very peaceful settings. The bed was comfortable, which is super important to us. And a very safe location.

The kitchen and bathroom need a few small touches. There was no towel to wipe the counters or dry the towels. And no small towels for the bathroom. We had to use large bath towels to dry our hands.

What an awesome room! 12’ ceilings with full width windows overlooking Chetumal Bay. Super comfy king bed with luxurious bedding and soft pillows. The massive TV was really nice. Loved the details and marble. This is the nicest hotel in Chet. Juanita was very sweet.

The frosted glass separator between the room beside was a little odd. We could see our neighbour’s shadows on the other side and could hear every word of their conversations. The tub was an incredible feature but not enough hot water to get more than a few inches deep. These are nothing that an on demand water heater and some acoustic curtains couldn’t fix.

The hotel is very nice. The master suite I stayed in was very beautiful and nice with only one problem. There are two parts to the suite, and there is a big translucent floor to ceiling window that allows anyone from the hallway stairs to see into the living room/foyer area of the suite. A little strange that they don't cover that up. Some guy who was trying to find the pool on the roof tried to walk into the suite. Otherwise, the hotel is located with a view over the harbor. At night, on the weekends, it becomes quite a party scene right outside so if you are seeking tranquility this isn't it. However, if you are interested in a vibrant local street scene, it might be right up your alley. In any event, you can't hear any of that activity from the bedroom of the suite. The rooftop pool is quite beautiful too, with the view out to Belize.

The communication from Juanita was incredible. We got a late bus so would be arriving at 6am and she made the entire stay seamless and effortless. Sent a video of how to find the property and the keys and extending our check out time to 12. We were also able to leave our bags while getting food the next day too. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the facilities were perfect! Would absolutely recommend staying here!
