The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay much comfortable. The waiter at the restaurant was considerate, friendly and always making sure that I got attended too. Front desk personnel did an awesome job.I like the food and room service. I liked that the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. My daughter was very sick and everyone made it so easier for us by assisting with taxi to go to doctor. Preparations of soup meals for her . Playing with her so she can get distracted. Overall I would like to thank everyone for the support and hospitality.

We had the suite, and there is an on and off Loud noise/sound all day and all night long, like a pump on the roof or something. And the TV reception is terrible. But the room was otherwise nice. Tough to sleep with the sound

They need to mention that only Medium size dogs are allowed. We have been coming here for 2 years and all of a sudden they tell me my dog is too big. And there were other dogs ‘almost’ her size. It was horrible. They finally let us stay, because we had no where to go. But, told us never again. I think it is unfair and discriminatory to big dogs, small dogs are meaner. It really gets me mad.

bed was comfy and there were lots of pillows - a real plus for me! aircon worked well shower was a good pressure and hot staff were very helpful and welcoming breakfast was pretty good - could have been more varied and more fresh stuff but did the job location in terms of chetumal is good, near the promenade and high street and airport didn't use the pool but it looked nice

chetumal in general is very run down and dirty - i only went there to get the boat to caye caulker

The location of the room was great as well as the physical location of the property. The staff was awesome. Thanks to Leilani for easy check-in and check-out. The breakfast was great but the very same thing everyday. Not great for someone staying more than 3 days. We were not able to get in the pool so won't comment.

Would have been nice to have an elevator but ok. I wished the breakfast was varied after a couple of days. Really missing was a minibar or fridge and coffee maker in the room. Overall was great. I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was awesome and would have again. Location was great as many accesible places nearby at very short distance. Parking and security of my vehicle was superb. Pool was very good and enjoyed the short use of it. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The size of the double room for 4 persons I got was way too small and had trouble moving around the beds. The beds were too low and uncomfortable as it made too much noise when shifting from position.

We stayed for just one night between the ferry from Belize and a flight to Mexico City. The hotel is located super close to the ferry terminal and a short taxi ride from the airport. The area feels safe, the room was clean and was completely silent at night, the restaurant is nice too. The pool is technically ‘indoors’ as its in a large covered courtyard but no issues there for us.

Great option for a pet friendly hotel . The rooms are convenient to the large yard for the dogs . The staff is very accommodating and speak English . There is a secure garage . No elevator so if it is a problem … stay on the first floor

The food is the restaurant is on . The breakfast could be better and offer more variety . It is open late though … till 11 in the night

Room was as described, clean, good size for a few nights. Very nice breakfast buffet and polite staff. Nice area of the city, no problems.

Definitely pick a larger room, suite if staying more than 3-4 days. Bar soap wasn't good. Nothing open after 11PM but vending machine did take cards. No ice was available.

The staff were super friendly and also very helpfull with arranging taxis and tours. Rooms were standard and good. Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

Pool was very cold, room was clean but some spots were not very clean(e.x. mirror and a stain on a sheet). Big window to the corridor and the lighr was always on and the blind did not fully block it out, which meant we always had some light coming in during the night.
