The location is the best part of this hotel. I it right on the bay area near the port and the Sam's club. You can find the park which is located down from the hotel that has food every night and is booming on the weekends. It's like a mini fair. The staff is very friendly and because it has a restaurant attached to it, it is never far from food.

The pool needs a bit more maintenance as some of the tiles are missing. An extra seating area at the pool would also be appreciated as it can only accommodate 4 guests and not adequate for the size of the hotel. It almost feels as if you need to wait your turn for the seating area, thus discouraging you from using the pool. A heater for the pool would also be nice. The water pressure for the shower in the rooms are extremely strong.

IF i Had to complain about something it would be Coffee in room.

All the staff were amazing. The swimming pool is super clean and perfect for my daughter.

I asked for an early check in 12-1pm through booking dot com. I arrived at 1.45 and was told I couldn’t check in til 3. Seems they didn’t get the message. Also the TV needed disconnecting and reconnecting daily as the internet cut off. Streaming from Netflix had regular pauses to the signal.

The property is close to ferry terminal and a short walk to evening street market for local foods. The staff are friendly and helpful and the AC was really good the tv is has a good selection of channels

If I’m being picky, the room was very tired looking the draws were all broke it was super clean and it’s not like the photos however for one night it’s definitely decent enough to stay

The room exceeded our expectations, boasting immaculate cleanliness and a well-thought-out setup. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. Their genuine happiness and eagerness to assist made our experience all the more delightful. We couldn't have asked for a more positive and enjoyable stay.

The room did not come with a mini fridge. so the drink we bout the night got warm and was not enjoyed to potential. That was the only thing.

Good location very close to the ferry ⛴️ jetty to Belize 🇧🇿 Massive suite room. Good restaurant on ground floor where I got coffee in the morning. Lots of free parking 🅿️ opposite 🏨

Nothing of note however no elevator 🛗 and the massive suite we had was impressive dining room table & chairs etc. but bizarrely no fridge or crockery……..

Hotel Noor is located walking distance from the ferry dock. Hence the reason for my choice to stay there. The hotel is nice the rooms was comfortable, clean, well-decorated for my one-night stay. The restaurant was well-priced, with a good variety to select from the menu. The meal I chose was very good and well-portioned size for price.

There is nothing that I did not like about Hotel Noor. My stay was limited to one night.

Very clean, spotless in fact, but there are a few cockroaches in Mexico so nobody can avoid them. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice settings.

There's supposed to be 24/7 security, yet there were people shouting and running around the hallway of the rooms at 3-4 am playing some game or something, so it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. I guess the shouters were also guests, but someone from the staff should have done something, this lasted a long time, over an hour. Also the balcony door lock was broken and there was a direct access to our balcony from the room next door.

Very spacious room with two comfortable double beds. The bathroom was also spacious and everything was spotless. The staff was welcoming and helped us organizing transportation and everything we needed. The location is convenient if you travel by boat. The marina is just a couple of minutes away on foot. Shops and restaurants are about 5 - 10 minutes.

The pool was right outside the door. The staff are very helpful. The onsite restaurant was excellent….not to be confused with the restaurant across the street.

The taxi fare to the Tren maya was 1000 pesos!!!!!!
