I chose this hotel due to the proximity of the mall. I live in Belize and came for a quick overnight stay just to shop. Hotel staff was very nice, and Yasmine (Yas) helped me since she spoke English. Provided breakfast was fine with juices, pastries, and fruit. There is also a vending machine with snacks. Comfortable bed, very good water pressure in the shower. Provided a free shuttle to the airport and ferry destinations.

My room had a slight moldy smell which I think came from the shower. The toilet seat was a little crooked and uncomfortable. Didn’t utilize the tv or desk work space so I can’t really write on that. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

It is conveniently located right across the mall, shopping area, the zoo... Taxis available anytime if you don't have private transportation. As a Belizean, we love this hotel for its location. Breakfast is the best. 10 out of 10. Always delicious! Pool is great for kids too. Always clean.

The rooms are not well lit. The wall lights sometimes are not enough. Towels are very limited in the room, but front desk assist with no issue. TV channels are all in Spanish. Understandable as this is Mexico. But this hotel has a lot of Belizean influx, so a few English channels would be nice. A future project the hotel can contemplate is Netflix on the room TV.

The hotel is located outside the center, on the site of a large shopping center. However, we chose it because it is about the best hotel near the ADO bus station (about a 10 minute walk). We had room 223, a good room and a good night's sleep because the hotel is far from the (busy) road. The breakfast, which was more than sufficient, was included in the price. Given the relatively limited price, the hotel scores well in terms of price-quality ratio. A good hotel for a night, for example on your way to Belize. The very helpful employee at reception called a taxi for us, for 50 pesos you can get a taxi to the so-called 'Nuevo mercado' where the buses to Belize leave. We expected many travelers there, but there were only 6 people on the bus (at the end of January).

The downside is that there are hardly any restaurants near the hotel, only some kind of food stalls. After some searching we ended up at Positano, a nice Italian restaurant.

The staff at reception were very friendly and most helpful (free hotel shuttle arranged within minutes, use of their safe car park etc) . Good location, situated next to a large American style mall. With its food court it was perfect for a quick meal any time. We found it a safe and convenient location to stay overnight before taking the ferry to Belize. Nice to cool down in the pool too.

The location is perfect. The mall is literally next door. Thankfully there are elevators too and you don't have to be walking up and down to the different floors. There is a free parking lot and the wifi is pretty good too, the staff is friendly, free breakfast and coffee all day long. And being 4 and 5 storeys up, the water pressure to shower is perfect!

Our check-in process was very long. Perhaps it was one of those days when the system is not working to its full capacity but we booked two rooms and when we arrived, they had no idea we had a booking and it took a while to process our booking. We were asked to return in an hour and the room should be ready (since we were there before the check-in time). But when we returned about two hours later, our second room was not ready and we still had to wait some more so it can be processed. But hey, other than that, this place was great!

The breakfast was good, however in my opinion you have more variety.

The space for breakfast is small on the last day (Sunday) it was not easy to find space for my entire family (5 people)

I liked the location of the mall and the breakfast was decent.

I didn't like not having internet when I arrived. I have stayed several times and it is the same every time. No internet is available until the morning. And when asked at front desk they cant do anything about it. Interent is a very basic necessity and should be standard.

The hotel is close to everything and also is one the cleanest hotels out here in chetumal.

Didn't like the front entrance sliding door not working but overall. The hotel is lovely.

The location

The bed sheets and pillows had a weird smell, and the bathroom seemed clean but it also had a very strong smell sometimes, I also kept hearing noises either from other guests or staff and that was a bit frustrating while trying to sleep.

The room had an amazing view. The beds were super comforrable my wife, sister-in-law, and i slept like babies. The breakfast was great!
