Superhosts. We felt really welcome in the B&B, and we even showed up a bit too early. The breakfast was really awesome, with wonderful juice, yoghurt, mexican and western food, at a time that worked for us. Plus they shared all their local tips, which was really useful. We stayed only one night, but if ever nearby would be back.

Nothing. It was great. If anything the bed for our 2 kids wasn't huge, but they slept fine (and we had booked only a couple of hours before) ;)

Very convenient access to Xcaret and the other parks. Nice big bed. Mostly good, tasty breakfast. Adequate free parking right outside. High level of security. Friendly, helpful hosts gave excellent restaurant recommendations and driving directions for our trip to Merida upon departure.

We had a real struggle getting hot water and water pressure in the shower. Every time we used it it was a small trickle of lukewarm water, inadequate for wife to wash her hair. The pool was clean and you could cool off, but too small and shallow to swim or play in. The rooms face in to a small, shaded courtyard, so nothing to see. Google maps gave us good directions, but the sign outside is small and guests might be confused as to which building in this residential neighborhood it is. The toast at breakfast both mornings was inedible, maybe stale bread.

The host was the nicest. She even fought with a taxi driver for us who tried to overcharge us. She gave us good tips, was super responsive instantly and had a very positive vibe. A really welcoming and safe place. The food could be better but other than that our stay was really good. The rooms were big and clean.

The location is a bit far from 5th avenue but inride is quite useful.

Nice residential area of Play Del Carmen, clean, well maintained and wonderful hospitality by our hosts Itzel and Serafin. There is always the option of going into the center of town area, with all the hustle and bustle, and then returning to peaceful Casa Gem. We look forward to returning

Everything was beyond our expectations! The house is amazing… spacious, clean and very well located. The service is top, always ready to give a special tip or any support to guarantee our stay is even better. We recommend this house 100%!

Convenient stop coming from the ferry at Playa Del Carmen, only 15min drive. The hostess was incredibly friendly and conversed fluently in English. Cute pool and very clean rooms. Enormous bed and good pillows. Hotel cat was very vocal and cuddly as well! Breakfast was great, would recommend the Mexican cheesy option over the pancakes though.

Shower takes a while to get warm, and the pressure is quite low. Then again, this is most likely as it's a rainshower, which I guess most people like.

Everything, very nice structure and friendly family staff (Itzal and Seraphine), good breakfast and parking availability. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Close enough to the center (but we had a car). Very good value of the money for what you get.

Not related to the structure per se, but if you are looking for a day trip to Cozumel, just go there and book something on the spot (there is a lot of companies and availability), booking in advance via the B&B structure is not really a bargain (costs more than booking on the spot).

awesome accommodation. from very beginning till the end the owners are super kind and great hosts-they explained everything about location, what to do, provide a free shuttle to the city and back. morover, they also helped us to get a car which was entirely beyond of everything. the room and place itself is renovated, clean and calm as it is further from the city noise. whenever we come again, we will definitely stay. fully recommended

i would just maybe recommend to enlarge portion for breakfast. however i assume if you ask, they will give you more.

It's a really nice bed and breakfast, not far from the city center. The room was clean and quite large, and the breakfast was good (you need to book a time slot the day before). The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. AC was broken upon arrival but quickly fixed.
