It was a convenient place for our one night stay. It's a bit out of the main part of town but that worked for our plans. There was an oxxo close by and also a really nice Cafe that did great coffee. We didn't spend much time here, arrived late at night and left early morning, but it fit our purpose. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel was lovely, staff was amazing and the cleanliness was on point. I’m picky with bathrooms and it was spotless. Bed was comfy too.

For someone without a car there isn’t much around you will need to get a taxi or public transportation. It’s kind of in a working class residential area but right next to it as a Mexican restaurant and across the street is a tiny convenience store. If you have a car no issue though.

Well equiped hotel with big rooms.

It's a little bit far from the center. ( I loved it, because the streets at this side of the city 'more mexican' than the other - closer to the beach - providing perfect photo subjects for me, but I suppose it's good to know before booking. )

The accommodations were clean and spacious. A tremendous value for the cost. Walking distance from several restraunts and food store.

The only thing I did not find comfortable were the pillows.

The place is so quite and peacefully, there is no better placer with better price.

there was a little of cucarach on the kitchen, just I saw one the last time, but we did not expect thats will be a problem.

the apartment was spotlessly clean, and everything working, the bathroom was amazing hot and cold shower, the staff was the friendliness I had come across in my three week stay in Mexico, a credit to the company going above and beyond.!! and although the pool is only small , it’s clean and a very relaxing after spending the day in the sunshine!! would definitely return to this little Jem when returning to playa del carman 💕💕💕

although this property wasn’t so close to the amenities in playa del Carmen , I’d still give it a 10/10, I’d rather stay somewhere quieter and friendlier and pay for taxi to get to the beach!!

The condo price is sooo good, famous in Playa Del Carmen, nearly all taxi driver knows the place. The staff working here are very nice and helpful, they do good job to help tenants

no washing machine in the building

it was very peaceful….and spacious. beds were comfortable and everything was clean. reception staff were lovely. we enjoyed seeing the sunset and sunrise from the two balconies. shower was great.

the kitchen was poorly equipped. we had to ask for a pan. the elevator wasn’t working when we were there. the pool is very small. there is no restaurant - if you pay for breakfast, it is at a restaurant a taxi ride away in the town.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The host was friendly and check-in was very easy. This was perfect for a short or long stay (it's a bit far from the center of town, but we had a car so it was very easy). The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a common hangout space, a kitchen to cook in, a clean bathroom, and comfortable rooms.

The cooking gas ran out the first night so we couldn't cook until morning, so this would be good to check between guests. It's a bit far from town, but this is no problem if you have a car or are willing to take taxis.
