I love ❤️ this place is very comfy 😌 💕 I'm here sometimes twice a year for the last 4 years never had any issues or complaining family oriented customer service great 👍 and absolutely 💯 ewsoectfull always clean and 🤫 quiet

Great housekeeping, large room, large bathroom, near to shopping and some restaurants, next door to Oxxo, small-ish but very nice pool. Nice pool deck area (add more plants). Exceptionally nice and helpful staff. Easy and inexpensive taxi ride to the beach.

Needs a lamp...very low room light in the evenings when you have to close curtains.

Good size room, looks clean for the most part. Close to Centro Maya and Oxxo, could get food and other supplies easily. Could easily mention landmark to people for arranging pickup/dropoff.

Noise proofing, like others mentioned, is bad. You could hear ambient noise but it didn't bother me since it wasn't too loud. The staff mentioned we could get taxi in Centro Maya, did not work for me, find some taxi service Whatsapp for help. Some hair in bathroom sink but clean otherwise. No trash can in the room, one trash can in the restroom. The bedsheets were quite thin, the ones used as bedspread and to cover yourself is the same quality.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. They upgraded me to a studio with kitchenette

Kitchenette only came with pots & pans so I had to buy dishes, silverware, soap & paper towels They don't allow alcohol on site and there is no restaraunt or bar.

Comfortable room, shopping possibilities are few meters. Parking in front of the hotel is free. It is not a luxury hotel but well worth the money they asking for it! The small pool is also positive!

This hotel was a great value because it's located a short distance away from the city center. The outdoor pool was small but refreshing in the heat. The rooms weren't decorative but the bed was large and comfortable. The a\c worked well. The wifi was excellent and there's a desk great for working. The TV is large and had Netflix. The bathroom was spacious and plenty of hot water. There are good restaurants and convenient stores right across the street. People complaining about the blinds, there are slats but if you roll it down so the slats overlap they block light well. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find.

No other facility besides pool, still awesome value.

We've been here many times before. The hotel is well kept. Plaza in front with restaurants and shop. Easy to get taxis. Booking has better prices than the hotel itself.

Clean and effective, however the price is a bit high considering the facilities. Also you'll be just above the road so if you're a light sleeper request rooms on the other side because the traffic does make a bit of noise ☺️
