Breakfast was good (a little bit pricey). The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The cocktails are awesome. The roof top pool deck is awesome.

This hotel seems not finished, there were stains in the walls like some plaster. There were some doors that had un polished parts like they were just put in. The pool on the lower part of the hotel is very shallow.

Accomodation overall was brilliant, I stayed in a private room with a queen bed, little nice balcony and bathroom. clean and enough for my few nights. The rooftop was excellent, with a lovely pool, bar, entertainment area. Overall with the location being just 1 block walk to the main street, this property suited my needs.

There was no security, troubled locals whom followed me to my accomodation, could walk in to the lobby at anytime of day. The rooftop bar was extremely expensive for ALL drinks. the ground level pool was not clean, or being used, meaning the swim up bar it had was also not able to use. 1 in 4 staff at reception spoke english making it difficult.

The hotel is very new and modern with excellent co-working facilities (I didn't know it had any until we got there). Beautifully decorated and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the best things about staying here was that you could also go to Selina Tulum on the beach / hotel area (triple the price when we booked) and use the sun loungers, pool area, and co-working space for free. The rooftop area is a nice space to have a drink at, swim, or watch the sunrise. They also operate Good Bikes bike rental from the reception which was convenient. Only a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops.

Our shower head was not functioning very well, maybe only 10 of the 50+ holes were working and the water sprayed all over the bathroom even though there is a small glass pane. Electricity seemed to go on and off irregularly throughout the day making wifi unavailable (inconvenient when applying for jobs!).

Lovely staff, modern design, more like an upmarket hotel than a hostel, although they did work hard at setting a community atmosphere. Could use the sunbeds on the beach at the sister hostel which was a short ride away on a collectivo for 30 pesos. Preferred staying in the downtown location though, access to shops etc. Loved the yoga classes on the rooftop and the swimming lane. Looks like the gym will open soon.

There was construction going on but that was in the daytime when I was out anyway

This place was for us like heaven on the earth. We stayed so many places and towns during our month in mexico so after many of them we were amazed of this one. Staff amazing and welcoming, buildind and room super, location perfect. Even this is a chain consept we felt soul and homie atmosphere because of the staff who give you a little bit more than just the check in and check out. The yoga teacher Sarah and her dog Laila were really important characters of the huge building because they also gave the homie fealing for this place. We even didint took yoga classes just got to know Sarah and Laila. Best for you all! And by the way we got there three different times cos for us this place was nicest of our trip.

All perfect👌

I felt so comfortable and safe here I cannot rate it highly enough. it’s in the perfect location - you can get a collectivo from pretty much right outside the hostel that takes you to the beach, runes, cenotes ect. there’s great restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket right across the road. they offer activities daily and the staff are extremely kind, helpful, very much a family vibe and they really go above and beyond - they made my stay. I never felt like I was alone/lonely at anytime unless I wanted to be. you have access to the selinas at the beach also which is beautiful and access to their daily activities too. I really loved my time here and I would for sure stay again. Thank you to you all x

the staff here were exceptional! they helped us with absolutely everything and showed us around the whole property. the pool was incredible on the rooftop and they held yoga and cooking classes/salsa classes at night. the beds were the best beds I have ever stayed at in a hostel and I’ve stayed in a lot. comfortable, two good cushion, and aircon throughout. the shower and washing facilities were super clean and huge!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat and will recommend to anyone coming to Tulum. the property is brand new so a couple of teething problems at the rooftop bar, they didn’t have all the drink selection available but the staff were so kind and did their best to accommodate.

Location was pretty good (although probably too far to comfortably walk with bags in the heat, so you do get ripped off by the expensive taxi's getting here). Probably a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel to the other end of the town, with plenty of restaurants and shops to pick from. And a 7-Eleven just nearby too. They do bike Rentals (though didn't have any available during my stay), but quite a few nearby to rent from to explore (I used Ola Bikes). And location wise they're in a good position for exploring the ruins/beach/town. Internet was very good (and although didn't use them the rooftop and also co working space seemed good too). For a private room in what I guess is sort of a hostel (seemed more like a hotel?), the price was fairly reasonable. On the higher end of what I'd normally want to spend for my own room, but then Tulum is very expensive anyway, and this was one of the cheapest options. Overall very nice and would stay again if I come back here.

When entering my room the first time, it didn't smell great (stagnant water?). But after a shower it was fine and the smell went. I guess the room just hadn't been used for a bit? They are new and still working on a few things (new pool not quite open yet, and probably for a little bit there may be some construction noises from nearby - could hear a tiny bit but it wasn't annoying or too noticeable). Tours they offer are expensive - but again all of Tulum and this part of Mexico seems very expensive. Would have been nice to have had more daily organized events/tours from here to meet other travellers - either free or at least more affordable.

We had some minor issues with our room. From my point of view it was that kind of things which come up during the opening phase of a new hotel. And to be honest, thats something you know when you book a hotel which is commented on to be still in the opening process (reviews). What counts for me is how problems get handled. And I'm happy to attest, that the stuff handled those issues friendly and in a way which satisfied me as a guest. The stuff was always friendly and looking for the best possible solution. The location is not as close to the beach as I thought, but we had a car and were allowed to use the facilities at their second hotel in Tulum, which is direct at the beach (15-20 min. drive). We even got free parking there and were lucky to get the 2nd last available space (saturday afternoon). They had a wedding going on, so probably the parking was more crowded than usuall. I can't tell. You can reach other beach strips (closer to the hotel) by bike or even walking (i would say 15-25 minuts).

It was actually a very pleasant stay and if we would have had more time on hand we might have stayed longer.
