The location was perfect, close to the city center but not noisy at the night. (Maybe just a bit at some point when there were people talking loud on the outside but okay) Also the stuff was really kind and helpful!! The bed was comfortable as well.

The building seems/is a bit old and we felt like that maybe it was a bit overpriced but wouldn’t say it didn’t worth it cause the location was great , the stuff very friendly and the rooms clean. However, the first room they gave us was a bit smelly and the light was not working but they changed the room directly and gave us a better one so no complain.

This hotel is a really nice option if you want a nice chill place to relax and take a break from the hustle of Tulum. The pictures don’t do it justice as it is significantly bigger than I imagined. The suite I stayed in is the size of an apartment in a big city. There was also a balcony that faced the street which cause some street noise but also made me feel connected to my surroundings.

The furniture was a tad dated and wasn’t the most comfortable to sit on but the bed was fantastic and that’s all that truly matters

Spacious room, great location near the centre and the bus station, very tasty typical food next door, very clean.

No fridge or drinking water. beds quite soft. Shower curtain missing so the bathroom floor gets wet

amazing place, very nice staff and lovely accommodation. the breakfast is very good, the location is perfect (only 2 minutes walk from the main square). lots of local shops, restaurants and pubs around. quiet room, spacious, designed and cleaned. great value for money as you can also borrow their bikes.

Great welcome and able to store our bags ahead of check in. When we did check in we were upgraded to a much bigger room, it was more like a one bed apartment than a hotel room, we even had 2 balconies to relax on.

The water pressure in general wasn't great - and there was a bad smell coming from the drains but staff still cleaned daily

The accommodation was very clean, big sized, with ac and good quality fornitures . The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent: safe area, in the city centre, at just 2min walk to the ado bus station and 1 min to the colectivos stop. The reception is open 24h.

Juan made our stay amazing! not sure if we were upgraded, but the room turned out way better than we were expecting! Juan had such a good attitude and smiled always

microwave and electric socket in kitchen didn’t work, but we didn’t need it so it was okay.

The room is plenty large and super clean. Check-in and out are easy processes. The courtyard is our favorite. We just ordered pizza from next door and enjoyed the privacy of relaxing there.

The credit card machine was broken. Otherwise, all was perfect.
