Cold water in the shower. Sometimes no water in the toilet and sink.

-central location, 5 min walking to the ado terminal, 3km walking to the archeological site of tulum and its beach -clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. We have got a 4 beds room for twin price, with shared bathroom beside. - Slow but good breakfast (2 toasts, plenty scramble eggs with ham, tomato and cucumber slices) and big cup of coffee. - Super friendly staffs who allowed us to use the room with early check-in at 7am. We came from palenque with the night bus, was tired. Other hostel allowed only check-in at 2 or 3 pm, so the chooise was easy in this nice hostel. - There is kitchen and common area, included cafe.

Staff and guests very helpful and welcoming if one didn't speak English another did, so friendly, clean facilities, extra blankets and pillows if needed. Location was central Tulum, great pizza, tacos and restaurants so close.

Location was great right behind the ADO bus terminal, but busses were a bit noisy, I used earplugs, otherwise great as we traveled by bus, it worked well for us.

- very nice outdoor common areas, a little jungle in town ! - great location, in Tulum downtown with great restaurants and coffee places around. - the room was big enough and comfortable. Basic but considering the price, value worths - breakfast was great ! (Delicious omelette + coffee and fruits) - the staff is very welcoming and friendly -literally next to the ADO bus station

A bit noisy, with the bus station next to the hostel, but with earplug, we don’t hear anything

It was in the center, the room was big and comfortable. The staff was nice with us, we really liked the breakfast. We had AC in the room.

You have to pay for towels But otherwise Nothing was wrong.

Charming & cozy little hostel with very nice staff, outdoor kitchen is convenient but missing fridge, coffee is excellent & free, clean room & bath also appreciated & bar serving food open every night!

The dorms are not isolated & area is very noisy, so very loud all the time & hard to sleep, bed are not so comfy & wi-fi is bad, cuts all the time so I had to use the network from hotel next door, no air conditioning so it's quite hot inside to sleep!!

Very good hospitality, called me by my name which was nice. Owner and staff were very friendly. I felt very comfortable and safe at the Cha Cha Cha. The location is great if you are taking an ADO bus as directly right behind the station. Also the breakfasts were AWESOME!!!

The “patio” bathroom is a bit tight for space, but whatever, it’s nice having another bathroom on the premise.

Very cozy hostel. Nice breakfast. Kind and helpful personel. cozy atmosphere. Free water. Well equipped kitchen. Offers tours. Great value for money and an excellent location!

A bit noise from the nearby ADO station, we would however sleep with no problems. The staff plays loud music every day. probably to cancel the noice from the ado station. Toilets could be cleaner and bigger. They did not flush well.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and excellent value for money. The location was very central... right opposite the bus station. There was a bit of outside space for our boys to play.

The bathrooms were a bit smelly and the showers did not work very well. The toilets didn't flush that well either! Everything could've done with a good clean too! It was all very basic but we couldn't expect too much as it was very cheap!

Delicious omlette for breakfast. Close to ADO station what was imoprtant for us. Safe neighborhood.

Rather dark in the room. Very small toilet, I don't have enough space for my legs.
