The location next to the ADO bus station is great, close to lots of bars and restaurants. It is a fair distance to the beach area though so if you want to spend time there you’d have to use taxis or rent a bike. The room was large with 2 beds so perfect for our stay.

It is right in the town centre so can be loud but that comes with the convenience of being so close to everything.

Property was located in downtown Tulum, one block away from the ADO which transports you to all the mayor towns in the Rivera Maya. It is great for the price. Hostel vibes with the privacy of your own room and bathroom

Nothing bad … it waw what I expected for the price. Not luxury but comfort and convenience.

location, comfortable bed, super clean (cleaning every day - clean towels daily and replenishing toilete paper daily), coffee anytime at the lobby

fridge was missing a lot (but we knew when booking that there will be no fridge) wifi was weak very often

Huge bed. Clean. They give you new towels and make your bed every day. Right next to the ADO terminal.

Saturday there was noise until late in the night. Friday and Sunday were quite though, so maybe we were just unlucky.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable room with hot water. The only issue I had was that doors were vintage - a bit old and leaky - so the light in the night attracted a few mosquitos. Altough great value for the price we paid.

Good price, nice bed, spacious room and friendly staff.

- Airconditioning pointing right on the bed, no means to change the angle, while turning it off was not an option because of the outside temperature. - Water in the sink splashed over the edge, the tab was old and rusty.

Great location , 2 minutes from ado bus station. Great pool area, beautiful mosaic floor. Rooms are spacious and and shower was hot with very good pressure. Coffee pot downstairs to have a morning g coffee and a water container.

I loved the location, my room was on the first floor near the pool. The best room. The team was superb, friendly and efficient.

Pet friendly and very reasonably priced

A bit bright in the room with the outside lights shining in, even with blackout curtains. Also parking was a bit of a hassle, we weren't sure where to go that was secure.

Nice clean hotel with everything I needed. The receptionist (Magdalena?) was super helpful and made me coffee in the morning. Would stay again

Only annoyance was the door didn't lock properly but it wasn't really a problem.
