Lovely staff, they really take care of everything. The rooms are basic but you get what you expect and pay for. Bathrooms were nice. Everything was really clean due to daily room service. Even though it was at the main street and really central, it was really quiet (it was not that busy to that time).

I missed a water cooker or a common fridge or some opportunity in the common area to prepare little snacks.

The room was extra clean every day of our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. There is no AC but there was a fan in our room that was more than sufficient. There were shelves to leave our things on and a desk. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The check in at 3PM that can be inconvenient if you arrived very early in the morning but there is a place to leave your bags. There was a lot of noise from the disco across the street so you might consider thanking ear plugs if your are not planning to be out until late

This hotel is very close to the central bus station for Cancun, so it has a convenient location. The reception organized a med tech to visit the hotel to get me a Covid Test with rapid results within 24 hours of my flight - and for a competitive price. The staff were cheerful and friendly. The room was simple and clean.

The wifi didn’t reach the particular room where I was staying, but my room was at the end of the hall, away from the central atrium - so I understand why. My particular room was very noisy because of a window directly onto the street where bars were playing loud music most of the night. It was also right beside the main water depo and pumps for the hotel, which filled up early in the morning and were soooooo loud, it was almost comically bad.

Perfect location just a short block to bus station. Lots of places to eat and get collectivo or taxi close by. Easy walk to Tulum Mercado. Staff helpful with walking directions and tips on places to eat with good food and good price.

No place to put suitcase other than on a small desk but that worked ok.

Its a very nice hotel for its price in the center of Tulum. Yes, it's very basic but its very clean and good to stay for couple of nights if you want to stay right in the center. The water pressure in the shower was great, but make sure to get the room on the top floor with the access to the balcony. Top floor rooms are very light and you have a feeling of some space compared to the rooms on down floors.

The biggest problem of this hotel is loud music till 2am every day from the nearby bar. Its very annoying, it's not possible to sleep at all!! So if this is a big issue for you, stay away from any hotel on the main street and book something away from it. Its a big party and backpacker place so loud music almost all night everywhere in the center!!

Helpful staff, clean, good location

Strong smell from the toilets/drains. The ceiling fan was weak. A little noisy because if the location, but they provide earplugs which solved the problem.

Clean and simple room, very good for traveling on a budget and planning to be out most of the day. WiFi works really well.

Don't expect hot water of course, for this budget price.
