Perfect location to visit the National Park, short/long walks around, the visitor’s center is quite near, there you can get info about the walks. And just some kms distance to the also the must visit to the mausoleum with the spectacular views. Staff quite professional, polite and kind. I was treated like a King. Thanks. Room was very big with everything you need. And a great breakfast, very complete. Free parking and wifi. The restaurant has delicious food and I don’t think it’s expensive if you compare it to the European standards.

Nothing to say. Thanks for everything. To the reception girls, the waitresses, the waiters and all the staff of the hotel. And also the people that run the restaurant. They have the very nice old manners at hotels. Quite open and kind. And polished.

First of all, I liked the place. Ideal for July compared to the coast. Relief from the heat. I was very pleasantly surprised by the price for the room. Breakfast was included in the price. There is ample free parking near the hotel. For breakfast you could choose either a salty or sweet option. They offer cured meats and cheese specialties from local farmers. It is convenient that there is a restaurant where you can have dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of an indoor pool, an indoor children's playground with a labyrinth, a gym and a spa. Everything was included in the room price. In winter, I think, you can rent ski equipment here, they have everything. There is a spring water source nearby; you can get some ice water for free.

Fantastic Stay for Hikers and Explorers! We had a great stay at Hotel Monte Rosa! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to arrange taxis for us (which can be tricky to get at a good price in the area). They also provided excellent recommendations for local activities, making our trip even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, and it was the perfect base for our hiking adventures. If you're looking for a friendly, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Montenegro, we highly recommend this place!

Can't think of anything really - and certainly not for the price. Rained one day but they do have some facilities that you can use if there is bad weather (e.g. gym, sauna)

It is the second time we are staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is new and beautiful. There are lots of facilities especially for kids - two indoor pools, kids playroom, and also outside playground. There's also very nice jacuzzi for no extra pay. Room itself is very comfortable and clean. Stuff is very nice and attentive. Hotel is also only 1 hour drive from tivat airport.

Not much to do in the place itself, unless you want to do some hiking in the Lovcen national Park

We really loved staying in the heart of Lovcen National Park, this is a brilliant location for walking straight out and being around wildlife. For us it was ideal and good value for money as we got a cheap deal. We did notice the prices varied considerably depending on which dates you searched. We had a balcony high up with a great view which really made it memorable,

It didn’t matter, as we had our own cups and ate in the restaurant, but we booked an apartment with kettle and stovetop and yet there were no cups and no equipment to cook with. We could probably have asked for these but even so a bit annoying. The restaurant food was OK with at least some vegetarian options but the breakfast was not so good, not much choice and the croissants were very over cooked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even sending a car to Cetinje to collect me so I didn't have to navigate organising a taxi. The room was comfortable, with good views. I ate in the restaurant and the food and service were very good. The hotel is very close to Lovcen National Park which was perfect.

Parts of the hotel are looking a bit tired - worn carpet for example however given the remoteness of the location it makes sense to wait until a few things need replacing than doing bits and pieces.

Stunning mountain views. Great location in Lovcen NP. Near to mausoleum and walking routes at Ivanova Korita. Friendly helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us, particularly the waiter. The receptionist was warm and friendly and directed us to a great walk. Perfect location for walking in Lovcen. Some food was excellent, some average. Bar and food prices were quite low.

Property is a little dated and has seen better days. Probably not getting enough people to stay. Some areas could be cleaned and equipped a little better, but the cost fairly reflects the negatives. Large evening meal menu, but not all items available. Could do with a fruit option to go with the yoghurt for breakfast. Sheets too small for beds. All small things. The good more than outweighed any negatives.

the road from Kotor to this hotel is only for those with strong nerves - better recommendations on how to reach this locality would be useful; generally, people litter along streets (not that the hotel can do anything about it though)

Amazing views and location in Lovcen National Park. The hotel is also a spot for skiing in winter and has a lovely glazed pool with great views Rooms are comfortable spacious and well equipped. Decoration in brown and beige maybe not so exciting.... But a detail.

Breakfast was poor: by 9am very little left and limited choice in general. The restaurant good and decently priced but not exceptional.

We hiked here from Njeguši. Our room was larger than we had expected. This made it really convenient for a two night stay, especially since we had a few things to wash in the sink so there was plenty of room to spread things out to dry. Friendly staff, nice restaurant. Great views, great vibe. There were enough people around that it felt lively but it was peaceful at night.

My only complaint has nothing to do with the property. It would be nice if there were a small store in Ivanova Korita. We were here for two days to go hiking and it would have been handy to have a small store to buy snacks.
