Excellent staff very friendly and very helpful nothing was a problem. Very interesting Kavkaz Restaurant downstairs. Tasty breakfast and dinner. I drank the best tea ever, calling Azerbaijan czaj amazing stuff. Also very nice and friendly young Azerbaijan waiter and amazing always friendly Stefka on reception. Very good place to stay. Comfortable beds, very good windows and air-conditioning system. Great views from balcony. Thanks again for all staff to make our holiday really nice.

Just main very busy road next to the hotel, but this is not hotel problem. During the late evening and night traffic calm down.

The frontdesk clerk, when learned about by smoking, instantly changed my booking from a non balcony room to a balcony room. Very very kind with no special effort. I did like that the four stars were truly implemented, despite the position of the hotel wich is not the best, adjacent to the main highway. The restaurant, the azer specific, is 5 stars rated in my oppinion. My reviews are all of a single kind: one night stop during a long motorcycle tour with my wife as passanger. For your all information, we have a ten years experience with short stops in hotels. We do not care a lot about breakfast but we care a lot about balcony, as I am a heavy smoker, and comfort: of the room, bed and shower.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some of them have balcony and access to the sea. The receptionists are extremely polite and friendly.

The breakfast was all days the same, always simple meals (eggs, ham, bread, butter, etc.) and if you are spending more days in hotel, it can be quite boring. Also, we were missing shampoos and other cosmetics that hotel with 4 starts are providing on daily basis.

The staff is lovely - everyone greeted us and the front desk clerk was so helpful. She answered all our questions about the hotel as well as how to get to the beach and where to park in Herceg Novi. Breakfast was served in the restaurant downstairs from the hotel - not many choices, but all delicious and freshly made while you waited. Our room was spacious and very clean.

There was nothing, not to like. The only difficulty was parking was across the main road and you have to be careful when entering and exiting because of traffic. And take care when walking across the road.

We absolutely loved it. Room was spotless and tastefully decorated, beds we very comfortable and the view was amazing. All staff were very friendly and special thanks to Slavka went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as it could be. Breakfast was served in buffet style which was perfect. Good location; 5 minute walk to the beach with all the facilities. Easy access to beautiful Herceg Novi and other towns like Kotor (highly recommend a visit) and Perast is easily reached by a boat. We fell in love in Montenegro and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Hotel is located by the main road which is a bit noisy but you quickly get used to it.

What definitely made our stay was the help of the amazing Slavka. Everything was handled by her in the most professional way and always with a big smile. We couldn’t be more grateful for her help and she makes a big difference at the hotel. Thank you Slavka!

Indeed, as mentioned in previous comments the hotel is next to a very busy street which makes it challenging going to have a good night sleep.

Our room was clean and modern, there was nothing wrong with it. The reception staff was really friendly. We were not disturbed by the sounds of the cars. The beach and restaurants were nearby and a small shop right next door. We fell in love with the views of Kotor Bay and the small villages along it.

Breakfast was served to the tables in the hotel's restaurant. It was a little disappointing that it wasn't a buffet. Only one cup of coffee was included in the price and you had to choose a portion from the restaurant's options. The yogurt was not yogurt, but rather buttermilk. The restaurant staff was not very friendly. We ate pizzas in a restaurant once, they were disappointing, so otherwise we ate at restaurants on the beach, I recommend them

Delicious and healthy breakfasts, including porridge, which is very essential. Everything was clean and well organized. The only thing that might feel a bit unusual is that it can be a little noisy—but that’s just a minor detail.

From the outside, this hotel looks quite nice but nothing special, but when you enter the room the place is impressive. The rooms are huge and spotless. Everything is designed with style and a great feeling for details. And personal. They are the best and brightest point of this place. They don't stop for a minute. They keep each bed clean, towels are changed every day the room is really cleaned daily. The receptionist is great too. Kind and really helpful whenever is needed. Breakfast is always tasty and fresh. In one part of the hotel is also one of the best restaurants in the area with good prices and a nice diversity of seafood, pizzas or some traditional meals. Everything we did try was quite tasty and I consider myself quite picky when we are talking about food. This hotel doesn't have its own beach but the beach is not far away. Just a 3- 5 minute walk and there you are. If you like something fancier there is Porto Novi for about 20 minutes of easy walk.

There are no complaints about anything about the hotel. Maybe will be a good idea to make more pictures of the rooms of the hotels because they are really big and comfortable and the current presentation of them on the booking doesn't show how great they are.

Room was good. Location is good.

Breakfast is not from the buffet table, but was offered as one option from the menu - for example, an omelet or muesli or a sandwich. You could choose only one option for a drink - either coffee, juice, milk or yogurt. One bed creaked so much that it was impossible to sleep in it.
