Room facilities and amenities should be improved. Communication system in the room was terrible. Supply of drinking water was insufficient .

I have been to the roof top reasturant and the manager hajer had bad attitude she was laughing high with one guest and drinking which was not professionally at all she was annoying all the people at the place

The hotel is super reccomended especially if you are traveling for business. It has all the comfort, good wi-fi , desk and plug-in well positioned in the room. Plus, the staff is very kind and available to support. They organized for my the taxi pick-up at the airport and also the pick-up to go at the airport the last day. Everything was on time and at the arrival the driver wait for me even more than 30 min due to a big queue at the customs. Moreover they gace me at the front desk very good reccomendation how to book taxes within Casablanca via an App and it was super useful being a turist non very well french speaking! Also, the clealing staff very nice. Special thanks to Fatn (hope it is the correct way to type the name : )) , she was super nice, and she cleaned my room even late in the afternoon because I needed to wrok from my room in the morning. Thanks a lot, I will come back for sure if I will be in Casablanca again. Thanks

Goog hotel for the price excellent staff

No ATM in the hotel you have to cross the road for the nearest one

It was very beautiful and neat. The food was delicious and the staffs were very helpful in every aspect. I stayed for 4days and it was an incredible experience for me. I will definitely go back there on my next stay and recommend to others.

Traffic situation around the location

Great hotel overall. First time i find myself using all of its facilities. The gym included a cable machine, which essentially allows u to train everything with solid weights, whereas most hotels lack this feature. Rooftop is great, with occasional live performance. pool is good, food is great. Cleanliness beyond impressive, great smell all over.

Shower had a problem with the pressure, it would fluctuate between very hot and very cold on its own every 4-5 seconds, making it almost unbearable to shower. Shower pressure also fluctuated as the temperature changed. Breakfast was good, although could use some more basic options. Other than that it was great!

This hotel is smartly presented and the food is excellent. The pastilla was a particular highlight for me, while my son enjoyed the local IPA. We wolfed down the mini tacos we ordered on arrival. The rooms were simply but comfortably furnished, and the showers had good water pressure. The valet parking on arrival was helpful given the location on a busy road. Staff were thoughtful and friendly.

The atmosphere in Casablanca was quite seedy - nothing like the other Moroccan cities I visited. That should not have affected my enjoyment of the Marriott, but I found myself wanting to stay in my room far more than I typically would.

The difference for me were the Front Desk Concierge Personnel and in particular, Amal Abbada, Jihane Alauane and Sa'id (whose last name I forgot) but all 3 went above and beyond in making my stay great offering assistance recommending cost-saving places to dine and shop, sharing local Moroccan customs and norms along with providing speedy check-ins and out whilst ensuring day-to-day room service needs are met and all of this with a smile on their face throughout their busy schedules, needless to say I have stayed in the hotel 3 times in a row within the last quarter because of them.
