we've been there just to spend one night in Essaouira. the location was excellent because it's in the center of the Medina nearby all the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and willing to help us even regarding all the attractions and the experience that you can do there. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful and especially the croissant was amazing. definitely strongly recommended. honest prices

actually I like everything but if I have to find something wrong I can say that in the morning there was a light bad smell in the room but I can figure out that it can happen by the way.

This charming riad was the perfect introduction to Essaouira. From the friendly and welcoming staff who were always happy to help to the room and shower (hot! powerful!) to the delicious and filling breakfast - I had a fantastic time and would recommend this riad to anyone looking for a really homely place to stay. They were booked up for the remainder of my stay otherwise I would have returned! Thank you to Nora for the tips on navigating the Medina and to the breakfast staff for finding me a hairdryer!££

Everything was excellent.

A beautiful Riad in the centre of the Medina with easy access to all of Essaouira’s amazing culture. A very peaceful stay with fantastic facilities. The staff here were incredible, especially Nora who helped us out, by showing us all the amazing local spots and all of Essaouira’s quirks. She was also kind enough to upgrade my girlfriend and I to a private terrace room which just shows how lovely she is

Delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast food! The location of the Riad was very easy to find, right next to the main street where all the shops are. The Riad is very quiet despite from the busy street. The room was very spacious, we had the 2nd floor room, big bed, private bathroom. Very comfortable bed, towels included, a big spacious area to leave your belongings. Very nice terrace, unfortunately it rained and hailed while we stayed there, thus not having the possibility to enjoy it, but pretty nonetheless. The lady at the check-in was super delightful, she gave us full on tips to visit in Essaouira during our stay. Must-sees and points of interest.

No soap for the bathroom. The fact that the light next to the bed could not be plugged in at the same time while charging your phone.

Breakfast, staff are really very friendly and helpful, MS Noura gave us a map and informed us about too much helpful information which helped us spend a great time and pass through great experiences. MR. Abdrahim received us upon arrival and helped us with language and gave us immediately the room whuch we reserved . Location is more than wonderful in the heart of Essouira the old town . Definitely would recommend the Riad, full of amazing origonal decorations.

I stayed two nights. It's very centrally located in the Medina - close to all the things a tourist would want if only staying one, two or three nights. It's just off a big, highly touristed street, but a little way down an alley, so nice and quiet. The riad has a very calm, Old World feel. My room was perfectly clean and nicely decorated with woolen carpets and woolen curtains. It had a sort of Moroccan country style vibe. Simple, but very solid, clean and good quality. (I looked under my bed. Spotlessly clean). Nora and other staff members were very nice. I was very pleased with the experience.

Me and my friend really appreciate the stay. Noura is so lovely and Ahmed so kind. We received a polite welcome and they also offer us a good tea and good local informations during the days. The breakfast is typical, big and also so good. The room was confortable. The position is in the centre and nearby there is also a private parking if you have a car. We recommend to stay here, also for girls 😄

Lovely authentic riad in the medina, so an excellent base to access and explore Essaouira. The hosts and staff were extremely hospitable and friendly, they made us feel very welcome and were very helpful. Breakfasts were tasty and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Essaouira.

Very lovely staff that make the stay very enjoyable and easy. Nothing is too much trouble and they are friendly and welcoming. We extended our stay as they were so nice. The room is what you would expect and it is very Moroccan.

No air con. If you are planning on visiting at a warm time of the year then manage your expectations. You can hear the call to prayer as it is inside the medina walls but this is all part of the experience. The was also a 🐓 that liked to sing in the morning…. Again probably would get that everywhere inside the medina walls.

I recently stayed at Riad Chakir Mogador , and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort.
