The property is very pretty inside with lots of bright colours and decor. The terrace is very nice. The staff were very friendly and made sure we had extra blankets and enough breakfast. The family room had a nice little seating area as well as 2 sort of separate sleeping areas. Its in a pretty good location with easy walking distance to restaurants and bab marrakesh.

We did struggle to find it as the location on booking.com indicated another riad with a similar name. The street name is correct but the entrance is kind of hidden in a dark archway off the side of the street.

Amazing roof terrace, nice airy spacious family room, liked that we could use the kitchen to make drinks & light dinner. Also shout out to the lady on reception ( sorry have forgotten your name) you were so helpful & arranged for my clothes to be cleaned so a big thank you.

A small but impactful thing was that the attachment for the shower head in the bathroom had broken. Ideally I would expect that to be fixed as it’s minor but essentially you could only shower whilst holding the shower head not free standing. Also the breakfast was a little hit & miss the first day we were served stale bread but thankfully it improved also would prefer butter to margarine

Beautiful Riad to stay in. The blue and white looks stunning on the upper balconies. The location is wonderful and central and the room was very pretty and lovely I slept well in the bed, it was generally quite quiet. The bed is firm (I liked that) but the pillows were very big and hard, so a bit of a crick in my neck. The shower was hot with great pressure. Breakfast included fresh orange juice and warm breads which was lovely

I think the outer lock on my door was a bit corroded in the salty air, as I couldn't actually get the key in the lock the whole time I was there, so my room remained unlocked when I was out (the inside one was fine). But as I was on the top floor, I wasn't as worried about security (but would be good to change that lock). There is not a hairdryer in the room, not do they have one at reception which I feel for a room of this quality is a must. And it would be great to have a towel rail in the bathroom, as there aren't any. But all in all a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay! The room was clean (also cleaned once during our stay) and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the patio and the sunny terrace. The staff was very polite and helpful. Would totally come back!

The riad is located next to the mosque so if you don’t want to be woken up at 5 am bring earplugs (unless you sleep like a rock) It was difficult to find entrance to the riad, so some indications would have been useful.

We loved our stay at Riad Haizea Mogador. The room was so lovely, comfortable and clean. The owner was so nice and attentive to our needs. The decor was super cute and the room was spacious. The breakfast was also tasty and appreciated.

The room is above the street so can be a little noisy in the morning but once we closed the window it was fine.

It's a nice place to stay in essouira it's around 10 minutes from the beach such a quite place you feel That you are alone there while it's fully booked, the breakfast was delicious and Maryam was a super host, we definitely be back, cause my wife and I like the terrace, the area it's so safe at night.

Very tidy and clean,beautiful terrace, very welcoming and helpfull host. Good Maroccan breakfast. The pics correspond to the actual status of the place! I would highly recommend It!

It was like a little apartment. Thanks to the directions from the property, it was easy to find. Very conveniently located yet not noisy. Lovely staff made me feel at home and recommended local things I asked for e.g. public hammam

not on google maps/other maps so needed to ask in advance. A very minor gripe because once had instructions was easy. Many small roads are not labelled....

The Riad is beautiful and the owner is the most charming and kind person ever! We had a beautiful big room on the top floor, which was perfectly clean. We got fresh towels, toilet paper and soap every day. The included breakfast is simple but very delicious and it’s more than enough to get you through the day! This place is truly lovely and we would love to come again!

The entrance is a little hidden and the street is quite dark, so you can feel a bit uncomfortable walking back to the hotel when it’s dark.

The staff at the reception (Ms. Basma) was very kind and helpful with everything. The room was big and clean. We were served some lovely breakfast in the morning. The location was a plus point as it was close to the Madina and the coast.

The parking location could have been made more clear as I could not navigate to it and had to park at a local paid parking lot.
