The hotel is super clean, staff super nice. There's breakfast included,which is delicious.The location is perfect right at the heart of the medina, near everything you need.There's hot shower and everything, and the decoration is just like the photos. I loved the Riad vibes and the calmness inside.

In the room I was staying you can smell a bit of mold in it, especially when the doors are closed.. but that should be expected for a place at the medina near the beach. For an allergic person like me I wasn't able to sleep comfortably.but again the room was super clean, sheets as well.

Amazing Stay Perfect for Families! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed in Essaouira with two 8-year-olds, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making us feel at home right away. But what truly made our stay special was the incredible host, so welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great local tips and making us feel like part of the community. If you're visiting Essaouira, this is the place to stay! Highly recommended, especially for families. Can't wait to come back!

A truly amazing experience. Houda and the staff made me feel like family from the minute I walked in the door. She could not have been more helpful and truly cared about my experience at their property. The hotel is a bit of history in which you become immersed. Such a peaceful experience and so relaxing. If I could rate it higher, I truly would. Thank you Hotel Dar El Qdima.

Not a thing!

Central but fairly quiet location. Entryway, reception, and overall energy peaceful and relaxing. Warm, friendly, helpful owners that go above and beyond. Tastefully decorated. Very clean. Beds comfy. Hot water in shower. Good Wifi. Laundry service available. Variety of sitting rooms on ground floor. Great view from the roof. Breakfast was delicious; Lokeman played his guitar and sang a few songs for us while we ate. It was lovely; he has a beautiful and unique voice. Yoga, cooking class, language class available. Anything else you need, ask. If they can’t provide, they’ll help you find someone who can. My adult son and I really enjoyed our stay. 💙🙏🏼 💙

Expect some noise due to location and layout. Minor compared to other places in the Medina. Our room was naturally cold, but next to no air circulation. We missed a fan of sorts. More hooks (for clothes) and a bathroom hand towel would be nice.

It was my 2nd visit at Dar El Qdima . Altough the place didn't looked changed to me i understood the management did change.The staff was super friendly and helpful in solving some of my travel issues. Also they where very helpful with good advise on where to dine in Essaouira...I can highly recommend this place. The place is a very lush and an unbelievabley calm oasis nearby the busiest street in Essaouira...

Stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were commendable in their service, always treating us with genuine kindness. The facility was spotlessly clean, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. A big thank you to the staff for their outstanding hospitality.

The furniture requires refurbishment, additional electrical outlets are needed in the room, and the sink water drainage must be maintained.

The property is done up to very good standard. The owner/host was so welcoming and friendly and she even offered me free Moroccan Tea! The atmosphere and location of the property was great too. The breakfast although simple was tasty and enough to get you on your way to a great day. Beach is also not too far. Overall, worth every penny and I will definitely recommend and stay here again. THANK YOU!!

Little noise from the street and shops outsise. But it's so faint.

It’s a very nice place to stay. I love the building, it has some very nice original features. The hosts are very friendly and capable of holding a good conversation. Very central but quiet at .night

The earthquake that caused so much tragedy. We were very fortunate not to be affected.

Great stay for the price. I had a room on the terrace and was big enough and a comfortable bed. The staff was very nice as well. It was a last minute booking near the midnight and it was great that they had 24 h reception. Enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast could be better but cannot complain for that price. As a note you need to pay for any extra coffee or tea in the breakfast.
