EVERYthing about this property was wonderful from the moment we arrived. Our luggage was scooped up by a friendly staff member, we were served tea and sweets in a beautiful lounge and greeted by the manager with his orange scarf. All is top notch and delightful in all directions. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The inner garden and dining room is beautiful and the food was delicious and creative. Room service was quick and very accommodating. There were many nice amenities and the surrounding area was so much fun to explore day and night. We loved being near the sea and adventuring in the active fishing port. I highly recommend this property. The staff were so professional, helpful and friendly. There is a wonderful grace about this place.

At Heure Bleue Palais the staff understands what great service is. The experience we had was really exceptional. It started with getting a free upgrade to a Deluxe Suite. The Suite was in one word “great”. Very comfortable and well decorated. All you wanted or needed was there. On daily base we were surprised with nice treats. Also daily breakfast was exceptional of quality. Very complete and diverse with high quality of products. One evening we had dinner in their restaurant. This as well was surprisingly well. All in all we had as frequent travelers a surprisingly great stay @ Heure Bleue Palais. Big compliments to Eric and his team.

Excellent service, from when we arrived to packing the car on departure. A wonderful glass of juice while waiting for the check-in to complete. Comfortable room, good bed, good shower, fluffy towels. We ate in two nights, both times food very good. We much appreciated the presence and interest of M le Directeur. It showed in the promptness of service and how impeccable the hotel was.

A little detail, we asked for the fire to be lit whilst at dinner. Not allowed, we have to be in the room. After dinner they had to find the technician. An hour late we were asleep when he wanted to come.....!!

L'Heure Bleue is described as the best hotel in town and, my goodness, is that true. Set in an imposing former large Manor House within the walls, it has been refurbished and improved to the very highest standard. The rooms are very comfortable and large and are set, Riad-style, around the gorgeous central courtyard which brims with palms and other plants. Facilities are superb, including a small but sumptuous spa and there is a breath-taking pool area on the roof. The food is simply superb and we enjoyed a fabulous dinner as well as breakfast every day. The hotel is well located in the small Medina and has its own parking. A word about the staff: they are all excellent and nothing is too much trouble. They are attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Msr le Directeur is much in evidence which is always the sign of a well-run hotel and he is charming and ensures everything runs smoothly. Finally, go to the pool where the superb Karim will look after you royally. It's is very, very reasonably priced for what you enjoy. Unmissable!

Very beautiful hotel in great location. Staff were all really friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were travelling with a 3 month baby and we never felt as though we were an inconvenience. Nice rooftop pool with plenty of sun beds. Room was very nice and we were upgraded to a deluxe suite.

Was expecting breakfast and room service food to be better when considering the high price compared with outside options.

The welcome and level of service throughout our stay from management and all staff was exceptional. As it was my husband's birthday and upon arrival, we were unexpectedly upgraded to a beautiful superior suite, which we really appreciated. The Riad is stunning in both decor and quality. The suite was immaculate and little surprise treats were left daily. The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent and the Moroccan wine delicious. The breakfast was extensive and fantastic.

Everything about this property is amazing. The location is extraordinarily convenient. This is not a glitzy and modern tourist resort hotel. It is a step back to an age of gentility and civility. And my experience for Christmas Eve dinner, and the attention the chef gave me making some changes to the prix fixe meal, render this a memorable meal.

It is an older property so using the electrical outlets require some creativity lol. But who cares, this place is just very special

Excellent service and beautiful facilities. The courtyard / breakfast area is lovely. The departure gift of water and cookies was a particular nice touch. Can’t thank the staff enough. They go above and beyond. Bed was extremely comfortable. Would 100% recommend or stay again

Aircon didn’t seem to cool room so the night was quite hot. Luckily the weather was cooler, if it was any warmer I think it could have been quite hot in the bedroom. Bathroom needs second hook for second person‘s towel. But didn’t ruin our lovely stay!

Riad style hotel with luxurious greenery in the centre. Great location in the Medina. Very helpful and attentive staff. It was a pleasure to return to at the end of the day.

We were grateful to be given the twin beds we requested but they were surprisingly narrow and made you anxious you were going to fall out ! Water temperature in the shower very variable and unpredictable. Maybe due to being an old property - we managed.

Incredible property, we got a free upgrade to the most beautiful suite. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and their attention to detail was just marvellous. We had dinner one night which was first class and the best breakfasts. Rooftop pool was also gorgeous with fabulous mocktails!
