Location is great, staff very friendly and welcoming..

Terraces are runned down,the place must've seen better days and days, it's sad to see it let out, huge potential, poor landscaping.

The location is perfect. Close to the city and the beach. Cozy, well-kept bungalow with a large terrace and sun loungers. Room was clean, large pool, competent and friendly staff, well-kept garden

We liked everything, but when I read the other reviews: yes, there are seagulls and a lot of wind that brings sand. But it's swept every day!

WiFi didn't quite reach our room in on of the corner apartments. The key ring is too big haha I took it off for the duration. We never had a a bin in our room.

The location of the hotel is just amazing. Close to the medina and the beach at the same time. Parking is free of charge and in the hotel. The view was an outstanding point. We had to meet with the Director Mr Bennani whom we found amazingly professional and helpful. He welcomed us properly and even proposed to upgrade our bookings after a misunderstanding with what we booked via Booking.

Wide and a lot of space for the family and very welcoming team.

The hotel looked a bit old inside the property but it was very clean. It was a bit noisy as the property is next to the city center of the town.

Buildings a bit rundown and in need of some improvements here and there

The team are Absolutley lovely!! Aziz on reception, the whole breakfast gang, Azzedine and the gardeners made my trip! Thanks to them all!!! The pool is great and literally a minutes walk to the medina.

The hotel is a little run down and could do with some renovation and updating. But super clean.

The location was perfect, close to the beach, medina etc., the room was nice and it was lovely having our own patio overlooking yard, pool, flowerbeds, where the breakfast was brought to us every morning. The pool was beautiful to look at but since we were there before the hot weather began, the water wasn't warm enough for my assistant and me to swim in. The staff was fantastic, so kind and helpful, desrving a full five star rating.

What I'll say here is from the perspective of a wheelchairbound invalid - which I am: the bed, while comfy with an excellent mattress, could have been a tad wider or have boards. Also, both bathroom and WC were too narrow, lacked supportive bars and were barely manageable thanks to a degree of resourcefulness and somewhat risky manoeuvers.

Central location…. Also the beach was over the road

Bathroom needed a little work and the day I was leaving saw into another room and the bathroom had been modernized …… and was empty at the same time I was there so was a little pissed
