The staff are exceptionally trained, very polite and friendly. They were extremely helpful and accommodating to me and my family's requests. The Water Park is one of the best water parks in the whole of Morocco. It's also fantastic they have a large family-friendly private swimming pool for guests. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There are facilities that are for families like jumping rooms and arcades that are next door to the Hotel which were good to have. During brekafast the staff were very warm and friendly, they ensured the food was maintained and tables were cleaned etc. Definitely staying here again

Very minor issues like remotes not working in our rooms, no irons either. There were a few cracks in bathrooms that were minor disruptions to the aesthetic. Perhaps it was a quiet time for the hotel, but the Bronze restaurant was empty and felt weird eating the alone with my family, and there weren't many other options unless you drive to another location. I wasn't even sure if there was room service to order from. Usually, there's a booklet in established hotels.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything to make my stay comfortable. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the variety was impressive. The location is perfect, close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I especially loved the [pool/spa/view, etc.], which added a luxurious touch to my trip. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an unforgettable experience. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Our recent stay at the all-inclusive resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel with everything you need to have a nice stay. The aquapark is amazing and not too crowded. They also have a smaller pool outside the aquapark if you do not like it crowded. The breakfast was good.

The bathroom was not 5 star. The sink in the shower was broken. There was nothing to hang your robes or anything else. The room service missed us for 2 days until we had to specifically ask for the room to be cleaned. The breakfast at the end runs out of a lot of dishes so make sure you go early enough.

I enjoyed very much my stay in the Waves Aqua Resort. The hotel and the room were clean. Great breakfast, fresh juice, crepes, plenty of fruit and vegetable. Personnel was very nice an helpful. My colleague lost his wallet and the hotel personnel did their best to help us, called the locations where he thought he lost it.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, therefore the surroundings of the hotel are not that beautiful. However, we were on a business trip and chose this hotel because we were visiting the area, so this is not a complain, just a fact.

Everything is perfect except the prices that were going up like crazy. I booked last year at 1100 dhs however this year around 1800 dhs which is 700 dhs difference which is not acceptable

There was a bad smell surrounding the hotel and swimming pool. I found dust of cigarettes in balcony. The room wasn't clean enough

Fantastic gateway with the family. Everything you can think of for every age. Excellent service, tasty food, entertainment at its best including the aquatic park of course, but also an extensive gaming zone, fitness, spa, restaurants…

The only one in morocco unfortunately. We should have more of it in every city.

Hotel restaurant didn't have any meal options for the kids. The play area (trampolines) were starting from 12 years up although a 3year old could play there just fine.
