Such basic amenities are expected, and their absence was a bit surprising. However, I must commend the promptness of the hotel management and staff. Once I brought this to their attention, my request was quickly met, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. It's worth noting that even though there was a minor oversight, the professionalism displayed by the team in addressing it was commendable. For future guests, I believe it's essential to communicate any concerns, as the staff is clearly willing and ready to ensure a comfortable stay.

- ApartHotel complex is very nice , the apartment was spacious and nice balcony view on pool - pools are superb and well maintained - overall the aparthotel is well maintained and staff very helpful

- outside the apartment the area is little bit dodgy, noise from close amusement park , but OKay - unfortunately during our stay (end of May / beginning of June), the Aquaparc was still closed - the nearby beach is large and spacious, but unfortunately (and I am very unhappy to write it), as a white European, you will be soon or later harassed by groups of local kids and teenagers which found very funny to throw sand at you and shout swear words in English. I can handle it, but my children found it uncomfortable.. Also didn’t feel very safe leaving my bag at the beach towel unattended

Great location and friendly staff, amazing place overall worth the visit 100% The view is just fabulous. We got seaview as well as a pool view, very nice experience we can't wait to go back there again

Not much, we are very happy about the whole thing, but I think the team should consider having the right towels in the bathroom and separate them from the floor mats...etc. also, I suggest having like a marble or glass top on the kitchen counter, WIFI I was told that they are working on getting fiber, so that will sort out the WIFI coverage

Warmest welcome ever from Receptionist Latifa who ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Location is perfect next to the beach and apartments are well-equipped and very comfortable. We only stayed 1 night and seaside was quiet due to Ramadan but the on-site restaurant was always available for delicious and great value food. Breakfast was included in our rate and that was perfect too. There’s an outdoor funfair/amusement complex “park des jeux” just a few minutes walk which opens after dark and was great fun for all the family. Will definitely come back again during the Summer when the waterpark is open.

We arrived at the hotel quite late in the evening, very tired after driving from Agadir . We were welcomed so kindly at reception , and offered the choice of apartments to suit our needs. The apartments are clean, spacious, and of high quality standard. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen , large sitting room with TV and a large balcony overlooking the central swimming pool. Top floor apartments also have a sea view . Beds are very comfortable and rooms quiet . Breakfast in the morning is served either in outdoor seated area or inside. The staff were very friendly , professional and attentive . The reception Manager approached us in the morning , making polite conversation , ensuring everything was perfect for us . I highly recommend this hotel. Its perfect for families with children during the summer as it has several water slides and several swimming pools , its also perfect out of season for people wanting a quieter stay in a beautiful apartment with landscaped gardens , pools and close to the sea . Very clean, big apartment type room, ideal for a family weekend. My partner and I wanted to be close to the beach, and the hotel is really near, we could enjoy the view and the sound of the sea even inside the room. Nice buffet breakfast, helpful staff.

Breaskfast wasnt proper. Even staff there not bothering much to help . They should make is better . Staff need to be mroe helpful. Hot kettle of tea , but didnt have any thing to told kettle .

Lovely grounds. Great for families. Sea view and hearing the waves was lovely! Very friendly staff. Security was good.

No soap or toiletries in the room at arrival, had to wait until after breakfast the next day to get them. Wifi was weak and didn't cover the entire unit, just a bit in the living room.

Nice place for a stop over. Great breakfast and we had a lovely morning swim with the kids (small kids pool aswell) before check out. Baby bed could be arranged. Restaurants nearby. Room/appartment was big enough, bedrooms perfect size.

It's kind of basic but it was fine, everything we needed for 1 night. It was kind of hard to find based on the street name but with the coordinates we found it.
