They are all incredibly welcoming, helpful and trustworthy! The breakfast was very tasty and we are also completely satisfied with the housekeeping. My stay was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed. A special mention goes to Omar and Isam, who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay!

The hotel is less than a year old, so everything is new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. When we had an issue with one of our meals, the staff went over and above to apologize and correct the issue. This is unfortunately not common in restaurants and hotels at this price point. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Because the hotel is so new, not many taxi drivers know it so it was a challenge to get to. Direct the drivers to "Comissariat central" [komisaria sentral].

Cash deposit policy of 500 Dhm per room upon check in despite having paid and left my credit card details registered. And the evident call for someone to quickly check my room for damage while I check out, but still It is something that used to be common in some places in the old times.

Next time I am in Kenitra, I will definitely stay here ... lovely modern clean hotel with supee comfy bed, good internet and a very good breakfast. The staff wete exceptionally helpful and answered every question we had.

Super comfortable modern facility in Kenitra, close to Rabat. Clean new rooms and equipment, nice people, breakfast included in price, even willing to prepare some Moroccan tea in the evening delivered to the room. Price is a little higher for the location but for the much needed rest after roadtrip it was worth it. Hair dryer is not in the room, just ask for it. Street parking in front of the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location located in the city centre. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Omaima the receptionist was very polite and helpful. She helped me obtain a rental car within a few hours of me arriving which was amazing.
