The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience from arranging airport transportation and booking day trips for us to helping us connect with the airport to locate missing luggage The manager would check on us and tell us what best places to go to, the receptionist would make arrangements for our trip, the waiters knew our names and orders since day one. Excellent location so close to all attractions we wanted to see Beautiful gardens was a great escape from the busy city There is in addition to the main restaurant at the hotel a great little restaurant across the street that we enjoyed eating at as well

The ambiance is superb. The room exceeded my expectations with rose petals on the bed. The room smells like gentle breeze of Spring garden. Food is fabulous. We had welcome tea and sweets. Breakfast is scrumptious plus servers are very nice indeed! I mean this is the second accommodation I’ve been on this trip and La Ferme Medina is way awesome than the other one. Really good value for money. Above all, staff are amazing!!! Receptionist, cleaners, servers. They just had a warm smile and accommodating vibes. Shoutout to the Manager who went far beyond his hospitality duty. He’s incredible and good at his job!!😉❤️

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The staff was always available and welcomed us with delicious traditional mint tea and sweets, which was a lovely touch after our journey. Our room was impeccably clean and very cozy, creating a perfect space to relax. The hotel itself provided a tranquil atmosphere, a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. After a long day of exploring the vibrant city, it was a true pleasure to return to such a peaceful environment. We highly recommend this Riad to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Marrakech. The only small suggestion we have is regarding breakfast. While it was good, we believe it would be even better if the staff asked guests about their breakfast preferences. This would allow for a more personalized experience and cater to individual tastes and dietary needs. For example, offering options like different types of bread, eggs prepared in various ways, or more fresh fruit and vagetables would be a great improvement.

All we can say is : outstanding! The hotel was located in the dead center of the Medina, easy to find and get to. The central courtyard, filled with greenery, was beautiful and made you feel like an oasis in the middle of the busy city. The staff members, notably the ladies working at the front desk as well as the servers and managers, were absolutely welcoming and kind. They went above and beyond to respond to every request with a big smile and a lot of kindness, which we greatly appreciated. The food was local and very refined; we highly recommend having tea and breakfast at the restaurant. The rooms were well-decorated, cozy, and spacious. The four days we spent at the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely come back next time we visit. Thank you for making our experience as great as it was!

I loved the entire atmosphere of the Riad. It offered a very unique experience that I know I wouldn’t find anywhere else. The staff and owner were also very hands on and easily accessible. They assisted my friends and I during every step of the way which was great. The property is absolutely STUNNING and the location is amazing as you’re very close to everything. Definitely stay here if you visit Marrakech.

They only thing that I did not prepare for was the construction that was happening but that’s understandable and it really didn’t bother us much.

Our stay in La Ferme was special. I felt like in a 5 star hotel. Everything was amazing! The Riad is also a restaurant, one of the best in Medina for a fair price. The employees were super friendly, always interested in making the best experience for us. We had to checkout really early and they made breakfast just for us, because the breakfast started only after 08:00. If you have the budget you should stop looking, this is your place! The property is in a prime location, walking distance to the main market square. We were met with the friendliest staff members, always smiling and willing to help with any request. Our flight was early in the morning, meaning we would miss breakfast. The staff arranged a takeaway breakfast box which we greatly appreciated! The room was uniquely decorated and throughly cleaned. Our last night fell on the Eid celebration, so the hotel provided live music and entertainment to celebrate. The decor of the entire hotel was breathtaking, we really felt like we were in the jungle.

The towels are very old and warn out! in need a of a serious upgrade!

We booked this hotel after discovering that our Riad was not as nice as we thought. The rooms here were full of light, well equipped, and a good size for a couple. On top, we encountered friendly personnel whom were very helpful. Everything is green, and felt like a safe space. This place is a must when you are visiting the busy streets of Marrakech. Coming back home to a relaxed environment, full of nature replenished our energy.

The location was perfect for exploring the Medina and for restaurants. The room was comfortable. The room faced the courtyard which housed the restaurant. There was (not loud) music until 10:30 in the evening, then quiet. The breakfast in the garden was lovely. Staff was super helpful.

The room was functional, but not beautiful by any standard, especially compared with some other hotels we stayed in Morocco. Still, a reasonably priced option. There is no need to have the hotel book you a transfer from the airport or train station. If they do it will cost about 4 times the price of a taxi.
