Such a calm and peaceful riad in the heart of the busy and bustling medina. The riad was lovely, well decorated, and looked great. It was very traditional and just what we wanted. The pool area was very relaxing, and so was the terrace area. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was just like the pictures, really clean and made up each day. Air conditioning worked well. The food was delicious. Breakfast was served between 8am and 11am and was plentiful and slightly different each day. We also had the chicken tagine and chicken couscous for evening meals and again they were delicious and very big. We booked the riads transfer service, and our driver was waiting for us just outside the arrival hall at the airport. He took us as close to the riad as he could get in a car, and then staff from the riad came to meet us and walked us back to the riad (just a 1 minute walk). We've been to Marrakech before and stayed in a big all-inclusive hotel, but this time, we wanted a more traditional Morrocan experience, and this is exactly what we got. I'd definitely recommend Riad Baba Ali and would stay again without hesitation.

This is an absolute MUST stay on your trip to Marrakech. The whole team at Baba Ali were so kind and helpful and really went out of their way to make sure we had the perfect stay! The Riad was beautiful, we stayed in the twin room and the beds were so comfy!! We really enjoyed chilling out on the roof and in the pool and loved the sharing platter for a mid afternoon snack. The Riad is located close to the markets and tourist areas, we were able to walk everywhere and felt very safe.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Baba Ali and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and full of knowledge about the best local sites to see — their recommendations really helped us make the most of our time in the Medina. As my partner has some mobility issues, we really appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating they were. They arranged tuk-tuks and taxis whenever we needed them, which made getting around so much easier and more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, very cosy, and comfortable — a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. The breakfasts each morning were of a really high standard, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. What made our stay truly memorable was the warm and genuine hospitality of all the staff. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make our time special. We felt incredibly well looked after throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Riad Baba Ali again!

The Riad is absolutely lovely! Very clean and comfotable (as the photos). Breakfast is fantastic. The staff is very helpful, polite and caring both before and during the stay. They helped ua organize a hot air balloon flight which all went just after the plan and was a fantastic experience. I can only recommend this Riad. Several reviews mention the area. We never felt unsafe and the location is comfortable for all the turist attractions. Fantastic experience!!

The Riad was in a great location only a 15 minute walk from the square and most other attractions within Marrakech. We used their Taxi pickup service from the airport which was easy and convenient met at the airport and dropped straight to the door (it is cheaper to do it yourself but it depends whether you want to ease of them doing it or not). Nice heated pool in the centre which we used in the evenings with plenty of seating around and also plenty of seating and sun loungers on their roof terrace. Also someone on hand 24/7 which was brilliant for us when we came back late after dinners.

We used the Riad pick up service but if we didn't it would've been quite hard to find. I wish Riad in Marrakech did a POV video of how to find it from the main street it doesn't take much time and would massively help myself and other tourists other than that it was a great stay!

The arrival at the Riad felt like stepping into a little oasis. Beautiful incents, the pool is heated and super comfortable, just the whole interior is splendid. We were greeted by Abdel who welcomed us so warmly we felt right at home. He was a great support and contact person during our whole stay, always willing to help and providing excellent service! The room was stunning and we slept in one of the most comfortable beds ever. Breakfast was served for us on the roof terrace with a stunning view over the medina and the nice morning sun that warms you through to get ready for the day. We arrived via car and parking was no problem. Want to point out as well that the breakfast, dinner, and tea were delicious! Best we had in Marrakesh. Thank you so much for having us!

Our stay at Riad Baba Ali was amazing, we stayed here 3 night for my partner’s birthday. The staff did so well to accommodate and helped make the holiday even better. We were picked up by staff at the airport who took us to the Riad, upon arrival we were served a delicious Moroccan dinner. We could not have asked for better service, the manager Abdel was extremely helpful, him and the rest of the staff were kind, friendly and considerate. We also had breakfast and tried their lunch, all the food is fresh from the local market! Would highly recommend if going to Marrakech.

An absolutely fabulous stay in this charming Riad. It was a complete oasis of peace and tranquility after busy days exploring Marrakesh. The staff are all amazing. They couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared every morning. We had a very comfortable bed and our room was immaculate. Our taxi transfers to and from the airport were great and booked through the Riad. A great stay - thank you to the very special staff!

This Riad is just amazing!!! The moment I walked through the Riad's door, I knew it was an excellent choice. I arrived on a rainy day (so unusual for Marrakesh) and straight away felt welcomed, warm and safe. Abdel picked me up from a taxi, which stopped just a few steps from the Riad, offered me a traditional mint tea and gave me all information which proved to be so useful during my stay in Marrakesh. The Riad has only 4 rooms and you will feel like at home. The food was very good. All staff, Abdel, Abella and Kamal are such great, kind and helpful guys, I can't thank them enough as thanks to them my first impression of Marrakesh and Marocco was unforgettable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They responded to all requests within seconds, arranged a great massages within a very short notice and recommended the best trips. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!! I would advise to book a taxi transfer from airport with the Riad, you may pay a few euros more but you will be taken care of and won't get lost. Massages are very good, too. Also a few meters from the Riad is one of the best restaurants in Marrakesh - upscale and not expensive - make sure you try it. Le Foundouk - it was recommended to me by Abella. The twin room is quite small when there are 2 people in it. Towels were a bit used... Internet wasn't great but these are just small things...
