Definitely the best place to stay in Marrakesh! Perfect location for an authentic Riad experience. Delicious and original moroccan food. Very clean and lovely rooms. The Riad's Hamam experience is highly recommended. We were completely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Anas gave us the most wonderful welcome and great recommendations for a self-guided city tour. He was always available for questions and quick to respond. Also, the receptionists Moughit and Yassine were always kind and friendly and surprised us several times with local tea and moroccan sweets! We highly recommend to stay at this Riad.

I was in the Riad during the 2023 earthquake. The excellent behavior of the staff should be emphasized. Jemal was in charge of the Riad when there was the earthquake. He led the clients of the Riad to a safe opened square and took care of each client. He regularly checked if everybody was OK. In the morning, he brought 3 people , including me , to the main Square , either to let them take a taxi to the airport, either to provide a breakfast in the middle of the square. 12 hours after the quake , I could go back to the Riad.The staff provided food and as much help as they could to mitigate the consequences of the catastrophy

The staff was AMAZING! Steeve was incredible, and the ladies were extremely pleasant and courteous. Steve assisted us with getting transportation, scheduling our tour, shopping information, getting late night food upon arrival, and getting back to the airport for our departure. His hospitality was unmatched! The pool was nice, and the property was beautiful.

It's a little bit off the beaten path, so getting there was somewhat tricky. Steve had to meet us at a point and escort us to the property. I don't think we would've been able to locate it on our own. We weren't able to explore at night because we figured it would've been too hectic to find our way back to the property.

We had an amazing stay, the riad lived up to the expectations based on the pictures. We had a spacious room with a huge and very comfortable bed. Everyday cleaning was provided and the receptionist was extremely helpful. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace with pancakes, baked goods, jams, eggs. It is located within walking distance to all the main attractions, would absolutely recommend to stay at this place!

The only thing to mention that the condition of the bathtub was not the most convincing as it would need a new coat of paint or tiling. Even though we could tell that it has been cleaned, it did not feel like it.

The riad is located in the heart of marrakech, fully embedded in the culture, smells and sounds of this amazing city. Without a doubt the best choice we could have to stay in the city, with fully dedicated staff that provided us a range of activities (most of them private) wich left us completely at ease and with all days filled with things to do. It was amazing to experience the hospitality and attention to every need for all the staff. The breakfast was amazing and even enjoyed a tradicional morrocan dinner. The room was big with air conditioner. Will definitely come back and stay at the exact same place!

We stayed in 2 rooms, the junior suite & deluxe suite. Both rooms were beautiful. They were clean & comfortable. The riad offered us a complimentary transfer from the airport which was a nice touch. The staff were so friendly and helpful - they couldn’t do enough for you. The roof terrace is a beautiful area for enjoying the sunshine. The riad is only 10 minutes walk to the square so perfect location. Will highly recommend this riad to friends and family.

Our stay here was perfect from start to finish and exceeded all of our expectations. The beds were very comfy, the room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious! We immediately felt like we were at home when we stepped through the door and were greeted with Moroccan tea and biscuits. What made our stay were the staff. Adam and Moghite were absolutely brilliant hosts. They couldn't have done more for us and were very informative about things to do in the area and beyond. The Riad is lucky to have them! We will definitely be staying here when we return in February.

This Riad was absolutely fabulous! The location is the medina is incredible. The staff was wonderful... so much so that the manager even took time to sit down with us and teach us some Arabic that would come in handy during our stay and gave us advice for navigating the souks. It gave us a lot more confidence to navigate the busy medina. The staff really did bend over backward every day to make sure we were happy and comfortable, constantly saying, "while you are here, this is your home!" The rooftop space was beautiful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. This was the perfect experience we were looking for in our Marrakech experience. Tip: try out the hammam and massage experience at the Riad. It's very unique, and we walked away feeling incredible. Thank you so much to the entire staff for your hospitality! You certainly made us want to come back again.

Because you are in the heart of the medina, the streets outside can get quite dark and quiet in certain spaces. It's a quick walk from the main square, but be smart and respectful of the locals. We didn't feel unsafe by any means, but always good to be aware of your surroundings late at night (as would be anywhere).

Location is a little bit less frequent part of the Medina, but still very good, everything can be approachable on foot. The building inside is beautiful and clean. What the best is the service. They were very flexible with our requests, especially with the time of breakfast and calling taxis.

The sound insulation of the windows could be a little better.

Staff were super helpful, good house keeping rooms clean and tidy.

It is very difficult to find in the Medina. We got lost several times, but staff were helpful.Need more coathangers as only one in the room. Breakfast OK but the same pretty much every day. Meals a little expensive for what they were, not what we would have expected.
