Casa De Marrakech Riad Guest House is our far away home. Great Experience staying in this Riad. Excellent location, very near and within walking distance of the souks, local restaurants and popular attractions. We were lucky to be checked in earlier with the nice touch of the Mint Tea upon our arrival. We very much appreciate being served by the friendly and attentive staff throughout our stay, especially Khalib has been very professional and helpful with the questions and suggestions he can provide. polite and well-mannered communication. His Hospitality enhance our experience with this Riad is unforgettable. Complimentary homemade daily breakfast from the Riad, which is very delicious, fresh and plentiful. Thank you very much for having us, we are truly at home in Medina, Marrakech!

We had an amazing stay at Casa de Marrakech! I have to highlight how much Hamou and Oualid contributed to making our experience so special. Hamou was incredible—always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. He made sure our breakfast was perfectly presented every morning and checked that we had everything we wanted. He even asked if we’d like more of anything specific, which made us feel truly cared for. Oualid was also fantastic, helping us with everything related to our room and making sure all the administrative details were handled smoothly. His approach was professional yet friendly, which we really appreciated. The riad itself is very clean and well-maintained. Its location in the center of the Medina is perfect—close to great restaurants and key sights. The breakfast was a real treat, especially for anyone with a sweet tooth. The fruit was incredibly flavorful, and the orange juice was the best I’ve ever had—absolutely unforgettable! I would wholeheartedly recommend Casa de Marrakech to anyone visiting the city. The common spaces, the terrace, breakfast, and the staff working there! Walid and Hanou were great and very welcoming and made the whole experience better!

The Tokyo room (first floor) was very cold and the shower space really needs a good wash and paint over as it looks extremely dirty (I wish I had taken a picture). In addition, the water would not go down so every time you shower a lot of water remains in the shower after the first few minutes. Maybe the rates were up because it was around new years, but I think it’s very overpriced — at least for the room we got.

The staff are the standout Karim went above and beyond Arranged an airport transfer and as the streets around the Road are narrow and not accessible by car he walked to meet us carried our bags and guided us to the Riad It was night time and the streets were empty and look a little intimidating ( they’re not ) this was just a first impression Having Karim there was very reassuring The following day we walked outside and the whole place was a hive of activity fabulous So different than the night before It’s centrally located a short walk through t the souks to Jemma al fna square The rooms are cleaned daily and towels laundered daily too Our room had a tv and hot and cold air conditioning Hot water for shower was always adequate The communal areas are tastefully decorated and the pool is beautiful although too cold for me to use in Feb The breakfast was delicious and plentiful pastries breads eggs jams cheese etc freshly squeezed orange juice and mint tea The standout is Karim who went above and beyond He booked us a walking tour , taxis , a traditional Hammam and massage at a nearby Riad He gave us a kettle and milk to make coffee in our room and he was a constant presence for anything we needed and always with a smile An asset to the establishment

The riad is beautiful and cozy; from the moment we went through the door, we felt ourselves in a calm and welcoming place. Karim greeted us with mint tea and cookies and let us get to our room a bit before check-in, which was amazing, as we were tired after days in the Sahara. The room is just incredible and beautiful, with a sofa, armchairs, a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. Even the ceilings are beautiful! We didn't get to have breakfast, as our flight was in the middle of the night. The location is good, in the middle of the Medina, but close to a main road at the same time. But the best part of it all was Karim's kindness. We needed some assistance with our transfer to the airport, and Karan went above and beyond to help us. He called the taxi driver to explain how to get to the riad, went with us to the pick up point and waited for the driver with us, at 2 in the morning!

We had an amazing experience at this beautiful riad in the Medina. The location is perfect—centrally located, making it easy to explore the vibrant streets of Marrakech. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty options. One of the highlights was the amazing terrace, offering a peaceful and stunning view of the city. A special thank you to Hamou, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. He even helped us by packing our breakfast for an early check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. From before even landing in Marrakech Brahim messaged us about airport transfers and the best places to exchange money and get SIM cards, which was very useful. When arriving in Marrakech Brahim our driver was punctual and very chatty on our way to the riad which made us feel very welcomed. Brahim offered to carry our luggage and welcomed us with tea on our arrival. Throughout the trip all the staff within the riad did everything that could to help us and were professional and polite, when we requested an early breakfast it was never a problem. The breakfast at the riad was slightly different everyday which we loved! The rooms in the riad were comfortable and cleaned daily and the roof terrace was perfect with lots of seating. The location of the riad was very central to the medina, we were provided with a map that highlighted the main tourist attractions and were given recommendations for restaurants. The staff at this riad, could not have been anymore helpful if they tried! Amazing! Would definitely stay here if you’re planning a trip to Marrakech.

If you want to stay in the Medina and be close to most tourist attractions, such as the Mederssa or the Photography Museum, this Riad is a great choice. It is a relaxing haven in the middle of the chaotic Medina and the souks. Chakib and Brahim are excellent hosts and will help you with everything. I particularly liked the pool and the nearby area, which truly helps you relax. Sometimes Riads have a pool but no area to relax by it. This is not the case here. Additionally, it was great to receive advice and tips in a structured way at the beginning of our stay. The beds are comfortable, and the AC in the room is excellent.

There are just a few minor things that could be improved (this does not mean that I dislike them): First, the breakfast does not change much across the days. We stayed for 5 nights, so this becomes more relevant during longer stays like ours. Including more fruit would also be great (only one breakfast included a banana). Second, the Riad offers some meals upon request the day before, but the price is definitely too high compared to common prices found in the Medina. Glovo works well there, and if you plan to eat something late at night and relax in the Riad, I would recommend this option.

Our stay at here in Morocco was absolutely wonderful. The property was very clean, creating a comfortable and serene environment that allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time. What truly stood out though was the incredible hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and we were comfortable. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel at home and added a special touch to our experience.

Brahim is the best host you can find: He is very easy-going, thoughtful, and attentive, and is always ready to help out with anything you might need. He picked us up from the airport, gave us directions on how to get to the hotel at night, took us to buy a SIL card, told us how much stuff at the Souk should cost. The facilities and rooms were very clean, had storage space, towels, soap and shampoo. The pool was very nice and the rooftop, comfortable. The breakfast was good: We had orange juice, coffee, an omelette, a pita bread or similar, and a spongy cake or similar every day. The only thing I missed was turkey or chicken slices or something of the sort.

Though everything was very clean, we found 5 cockroaches in our room. I don't think it's the Riad's fault, as Brahim told us they come from the shower sink: It's just that it's Marrakech, I guess. The location was very central, very near the Souk streets. However, I might have liked another location better. Every time we wanted to visit the city, we had to go through the Souk, and it doesn't take 15-20 minutes as Google Maps says. It takes more so like 40... The Souk is not easy to cross with all the shops, motorcycles, and people.
