Just as described on the site—a clean and beautifully maintained Riad. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh orange juice and made-to-order omelettes, especially enjoyable on the beautiful rooftop terrace. Our room was spacious, with air conditioning, a private bathroom with hot water, and reliable Wi-Fi. The location is perfect—within walking distance of key attractions in the old town. We also treated ourselves to a fantastic massage on the last day.

Of course, this isn't a hotel, so some amenities are missing—such as an iron, in-room service, bottled water, or a kettle for tea and coffee. The approach to the Riad can be a bit jarring at first: narrow alleyways, the unpleasant sight of nearby rubble and broken neighboring property , and the smell of sewage. However, once inside, the Riad is beautiful and peaceful. Over time, you get used to the alleyways.

down a very long dark alley - the man who came to meet our taxi got a young boy to show us to the riad - he went very fast and then wanted a large tip for doing so. I appreciate you can’t drive closer but taxi booked through riad I would have expected to be shown to the door by the intended person. everything else about our stay was fine. expected to pay for extras in cash. make sure you take some with you..

Friendly staff. Beautiful interior and roof terrace. Room decorated for arrival. View of Atlas mountains in the distance on a clear day. Perfect for relaxing in the sun with a mint tea after a busy day exploring the medina. Pleasant peaceful ambience.

Took time to check in to our room. Couldn't get anything to eat at the riad. Breakfast and dinner after 8pm only. However, we were taken to a nearby cafe after check-in.

The property was very clean, peaceful and beautiful.

There were little things that didn’t make the stay 10/10 such as the pool was not heated. I wish the staff were a bit more personable. This does not take away from the fact that they were still amazing I just have high standards.

The riad is beautiful and the room was large. The location is central in the Medina. Good breakfast every morning. Staff is friendly. The room is tidied and new towels are provided every day.

The room smelled slightly damp. The staff is helpful but beware of them trying to upsell trips quite persistently. There is no bar, even just for water, on the roof top terrace.

The property was quiet and the rooms were very spacious

The owner jumped onto us the moment we arrived to pay for the stay, we got a tour of the amenities but found a coachroach the spa which the staff was oblivious about, they made us pay for the welcome mint tea which is offered free to all guests in other riads we stayed in. While leaving the staff did not help much with our bags.

Very poor service. No manager when we arrived or left. Nobody knew which rooms we were to be. We sat in a cold wet room for 15 mins before looking in the office for our room keys. My brother left his room Argane cos he had to return home early & I was told I had to move in there despite telling them my brother said the room was smelly. I insisted on remaining in room Safran. Poor breakfast. Shower poor and broken in a bath tub. No new towels one day cos they "ran out of towels". Owner not interested to improve and rubbished our concerns. "Other people are happy" she said. Poor privacy as people can look into the room. Woken by other guests as they talked in the foyer. Poor Yusuf was let to figure out how to take my credit card payment for my city tax as the manager was not there even though it was 9 am. Important to note that this Riad is deep in the Medina and it is difficult to find. You have to walk 600m to the nearest taxi point. Difficult to get your luggage in and out through the busy lanes.
