We tried to ring as we got lost getting there but staff would’ve been busy

Only thing was the power went off all the time but the staff were quick to fix it

The Riad is absolutely beautiful. It's a serene and relaxing place right in the centre of Old Medinah. Mourad was always there to help and accommodated our needs as efficiently as possible and he always went above and beyond to help out. I would definitely recommend this place, someone looking to stay right in the heart of Marrakech but also relax.

Me and my friends would come late at night and we had to wake them up again & again to open up the door, but the staff always did without any complaints, just felt guilty about ruining the sleep. Would have preferred if we could come in without disturbing anyone, but I guess that is the case for all Riadhs.

Excellent family-friendly riad. My daughter is 4 years old and was treated like a queen. Swimming pool that we could use early morning to later at night. Roof top terrace that was shaded for my daughter, my pal and I or ability to lie on sun loungers. Room was gorgeous, clean and had everything you needed. They accommodated my request for the room with a separate section like a 2nd room for our party which I was so grateful for. Breakfast was out standing. Pancakes for my fussy daughter and some morrocan trad food items and fresh fruit, coffee etc. Perfect start to the morning. And lastly, the staff were extremely tentative helpful and caring! Every staff member greated us and were warm to us throughout the visit. They cared that you had a great time.

The beds are extremely hard. Very different to home.

Location is in the center of old Madinah. Everything around is walking distance we didn't need a car. Staff was very welcoming. Special thanks to Lehsen for taking care of us and showing us around. He even gave us a map explaining all the activities we can do in the area. You can book activities from this Riad like Hammam and atlas mountains hike. This Riad looks modern and beautiful, very safe and quiet. beds are comfortable, breakfast is amazing. Internet speed is good. They do house keeping during the day. Highly recommend

No sound isolation between rooms. No parking available because of the location. You need to park outside of Madinah and pay for it (around 100 MAD per day).

We stayed as a family of 3 and a second booking for a family of 4. The Riad was a stunning hidden gem. I am so grateful I came across it. The ambience and decor was perfect. It was very cool in the highest of summer heat. If you want to feel the history of Marrakech - this is the Riad to stay in. It is the staff that add to this experience. Amin and Zouhair, with their wonderful team of smiley ladies were vital to making us feel very welcome. They were very kind, approachable and friendly at all times- no job was too big! We looked forward to the daily breakfast, which was provided by the lovely cooks. It was always different and full of variety. The peace and tranquility in the Riad was serene - leaving the hustle and bustle at the entrance! We will definitely be staying with Marrakech Riads again - hopefully sooner rather than later! The staff were very welcoming. Ali was a gem! He helped us with EVERYTHING! He spoke to taxi/ TukTuk drivers for us to arrange time for pick ups and drop offs! Ali even woke up early in the mornings to walk us to the a meeting point! Ali and staff surprised my son with a birthday cake and sung happy to him both in English and Arabic. I cannot thank them enough for their time and generosity. I will definitely recommend the Riad Spice to all my friends! Thank you Ali and staff! You made our stay in Marrakesh very memorable 🇲🇦

The staff were all super helpful. The Riad is stunning and an oasis of calm! Comfortable beds, plenty of space in our suite for a family of 3, just a really relaxing vibe. Roof terrace is fantastic and lots of places to chill put, eat, drink mint tea, sunbathe. The dipping pool was freezing but we still took a plunge and it's so pretty at night. Staff arranged airport taxis and a day trip to atlas mountains for us. We also ate there on night and it was expensive but tasty.

Not always enough clean towels supplied but staff very helpful. Water in the room would be nice too.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Spice escaping from the cold and damp of a UK winter for a few days of Marrakech winter sun. The Riad is very well appointed with a comfortable bed and pillows. The en-suite had a great bath and shower. We enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace catching the sun set. The Riad organised a taxi from and to the airport at a very reasonable cost and one of the Riad staff met the taxi when we arrived and took us to the meeting point on the morning of our departure. Essential as the route to the Riad is quite winding. We had the breakfast option which set us up well for the day and the tagine meal on the evening we arrived which was really tasty. The real stars are the staff of the Riad who are very friendly, helpful and full of information which made our stay in Marrakech all the more memorable.

A Hidden gem in the medina - Central location - rooftop terrace - lovely suite (parika) and dipping pool - gorgeous 16th C moroccan architecture - lovely breakfast served when you want - complimentary mint tea - Mohammad at front desk was incredibly helpful and delivered an exceptional service

- The rooftop is lovely to sit out on but no music/ambience and it's a small riad so there's no bar /cafe etc but you can order food and water from staff - type of building means it can be echoey depending on whats going on within riad - soft furnishings lovely but a little faded/old/worn in places compared to online photos - medina location not for everyone (busy little side streets with a blink and you'll miss it entrance) we loved it but did take Time to find our bearings! - a short taxi ride to places outwith medina. Walking distance too if prepared to walk longer.
