Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were on hand at all times to help with anything. Pool was small but lovely and clean, very nice to refresh in.

It is great if you have a car but quite far to walk to nearest bus stop if you don't. Description in booking.com is not accurate. No kitchenette in rooms, no hairdryer, no fridge, no coffee maker. The hotel has its own kitchen but not for use by guests. You can buy coffee and meals at the restaurant but pricey.

The place is exactly what its name signifies, an Oasis for serenity and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina and the city. Very welcoming, polite and kind young gentleman at the reception. Traditional hotel design and decoration with good size cozy room. A fully functional swimming pool is an added bonus and very refreshing. Satisfactory breakfast served by Khalid who was very efficient and attentive to all our needs. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. 5 km out from marrakech. Everything is green, calm, and relaxing, the staff members make us feel like it was our house. They took care of us with Everything we needed; always with the smile and happy, food was excellent and the house pets are 2 peacocks and a white friendly chicken. Very recommend, for sure we will come back in this beautiful place.

Very relaxed atmosphere with extremely helpful staff. Provides all you need in terms of food and wine. Rooms clean and spacious. Loads of hot water. Hotel organised a taxi driver who picked us up wherever we needed him which made getting around super easy. Great value property.

Description of rhe room facilities is very "morrocan"". BBQ, kitchen etc. Is not IN the room..... it's offered by the venue as catering services. Make sure you factor in price of taxi's to get around.

the rooms look exactly like the pictures. there is A/C and heating inside the rooms the staff is very helpful the breakfast was very authentic and delicious

the Location is not the best. it’s around 15-20 minutes to get to the centre of marrakech where all of the shops and restaurants are.

What we surely liked the most was the staff. Even though they didn't speak that well English, but the energy was amazing. The atmosphere is incredible, super cozy.

The bathroom in our room wasn't very comfortable as there is everything in one room and it gets wet everywhere on the floor. But it wasn't a very big problem.

Nothing we didn't like

The staff was amazing. I kept extending my stay. I was originally staying 2 nights and soon I will have been here one week. It is a very calming, comfortable place if you just want to relax.

Brilliant location outside of the city. Very peaceful and quiet. The staff in the hotel are exceptional. The food served was also very good and very well priced
