From the start of our trip to the end the team at Riad XO did everything they could to ensure our stay was incredible. The Riad is beautiful, with orange blossom in the air as you enter, you are transported into a luxurious sanctuary away from the madness of the medina and every corner is beautifully thought out. There is everything you could need including a pool to cool off in and a spa to experience a traditional Hammam (which I would highly recommend) The real standout of this stay though has to be the team who work there. Every single one of them made our stay perfect. From arranging taxis, greeting us at night, providing an incredible guide to take us through the city, and just being on hand literally 24/7 with any request we had I have truly never experienced service like it. I would come back again and again. They are literally the best.

Our stay at this Riad was fantastic! The entire place was spotless, and the ambiance was absolutely wonderful. The fresh, pleasant smell throughout the hotel added to the experience. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We loved the jacuzzi—it was such a relaxing touch! The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we even had the pleasure of being greeted by the chef himself, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s also very baby-friendly, making it an ideal spot for families. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We went in winter the pool is not heated but we ended up using the jacuzzi which was nice

Excellent location, a 3 minute walk from Medersa Ben Youssef. Wonderful facilities and ambience with pleasant outdoor seating to work or read, lovely rooftop restaurant area and excellent room facilities. Secure entrance and excellent tips for dining etc. The staff were wonderful - incredibly helpful and pleasant.

The location is a little lonely - located on a stretch of road where building is ongoing and which is therefore very quiet at night. This will probably be resolved relatively quickly but for the moment perhaps not the best for solo female travellers walking home after dark.

It was our first time in Marrakech and we decided to stay in a Riad in the Medina. The Riad xo was absolutely fantastic. The location was the north so slightly quieter but really easy to get everywhere. The quality of the rooms and the grounds were 5 star, it was so tranquil and incredibly beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the introductory talk was really helpful in order for us to navigate Marrakech as first time visitors. They facilitated taxis and also accommodated me who is gluten free at breakfast, following a comment on arrival. The eye for detail was second to none. I would highly recommend the Riad xo.

This was by far the best place I've ever stayed. The staff was attentive and available. Once they saw that we were open, honest and fair, they went above and beyond to give suggestions when asked, explain their culture, and share all they could about Morroco, their lives and aspirations. I recommend this place for anyone who loves life and exchanging with people. If you are in it for exploitation, please protect them by staying somewhere else.

Our room had some light coming in due to side windows by the french doors that were not covered by the blinds. As I am very sensitive to light when I sleep, this bothered me the first two nights. After that, I was so tired from all of our amazing experiences that I just slept. :)

The breakfast was amazing, fresh orange juice, coffee, fruits and the yoghurt was so delicious. We enjoyed it every morning. The location of the Riad is perfect to explore the Medina and Souks. The staff of the Riad was always so helpful - they showed us everything, had always time and even picked us up, when we got lost. They arranged an extra transfer for us and made dinner reservations as well. I cannot say enough how amazing and perfect our stay was. We will definitely come back and can recommend Riad XO for everyone. The style is just gorgeous!

Overall it was an excellent stay. We loved the aesthetic of the hotel..every corner was so unique and picture perfect, almost like from pin interest board :) We loved the color tones/ furnitures/ designs. How quiet it was even though it’s in heart of medina, step away from souks. Staffs were amazing, always smiling and very helpful. Loved the selection of breakfast. The owner Stefano was very sweet and he made sure we were looked after. Chatting to him was insightful and we are really happy we met him.

Everything was perfect! First we thought a TV would be nice but actually it’s better if you don’t have a TV, you tend to go out more, appreciate the surroundings and meet people :)

The Riad was absolutely beautiful and we loved our room it was so spacious and located right outside the pool. The staff were the highlight of this accommodation! They booked all of our activities and taxis, escorted us to and from taxi pick ups and drop offs and spoke good English. Special shout out to Thierry who looked after us! If you’re after a Riad stay this is the one to stay at!

It is a pocket of peace in the middle of a chaotic and bustling city! As you enter you feel just calm, we were travelling with a baby and honestly this is what we needed. Very cool and the interior is beautiful, photos don’t do it justice. The staff was all amazing - just a very wholesome place.

Not much to say here, we didn’t use the pool but it was cold and jacuzzi was not working. Other than that it was really lovely!

Very comforting, helpful staff. Stephan, one of the owners,was very helpful to fulfill our wishes. The rooms were lovely and the roof terrace is like a quiet oasis. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The location in the Medina was great and very quiet. If you visit Marrakech, you should stay in the Medina. Easy reach by Taxi to almost the front door. Wonderful riad, wonderful people.

The only complaint, they run out of beer and wine twice in our 5 day stay. We are not big drinkers, but 1 or 2 beers at night on the roof terrace would have been great. Twice we couldn’t get any beer and or wine.
