I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was in a quiet location. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Staff was WONDERFUL! The maids did an excellent job and the front desk accommodated our every need from calling a taxi for a 1 am pick up to providing information. WiFi was good! 15 minutes to souk and close to train station. Airport 30 minutes away.

Their breakfast was meh. Best option was croissant and tea. There were cheese and meat but not too appetizing. We skipped breakfast for most of our stay. But I would stay here again. Breakfast is so inexpensive elsewhere.

The room size was good enough to accommodate luggage. Location is very strategic for tourist points, tram access, resturants, and just to walk around. Breakfast was similar every day with a wide variety of breads, rest a salad bar, and a few cold/hot dishes. (You can ask for omellete, thanks to Breakfast staff). Staff and management are very cooperative, especially Ahmed, to let us have the early check-in, and we had our Friday prayers in time. Thank you so much. Gym facilities are great, amazing equipment and furnishings. Btw breakfast lobby was great, especially the outdoor seating area. Do visit in the evening, it's amazing!

Cloth hanging options are very limited, only open wardrobe with few hangers in, nothing in washroom. It will be great if you guys add some hooks or racks in the room or even washroom to hang clothes

Everything about our stay was exceptional! From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff throughout, we felt truly taken care of. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the service was outstanding. The location in Rabat is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – this will definitely be our address in Rabat whenever we return!

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The customer service was amazing. Thank you to all the staff. I will use the hotel again definitely in the future because of this great service.

The air conditioning in my room could be better. It was quite low. I told the reception and they sent someone to fix it. It improved a little bit but not a lot. The room temperature stayed at 24 degrees which is not bad but it should be cooler than this. Outside temperature was 26 but when the temperature goes above 30, this AC won't be good. Please check and fix.

Loved the hotel, in a great location near everything, easy to connected to anywhere in Rabat, walking distance to the main area of rabat markets restaurants etc. Staff were overly helpful and always smiling. hotel has a lot to offer, from gym to conference halls. would def suggested it to my friends and families and will stay again.

We wasnt told about the games room and gym until we found it downstairs on our last day .The arcade machine was not working for the kids but still had options of table tennis and snooker/pool but still a great place to stay and will love to come back. Needs more facilities such as swimming pool or spa

room was exceptional. had a living room set up and a great view. staff were great. they also put out tea and snacks in the lobby. breakfast was good. only complaint was there was no non-dairy milk available.

I like the place because is near in everything the market and restaurants and also the staff of hotel they can treat you very nice there always smile ...I like the people they Wellcome you with smile ..that's why we get this hotel two times from 2023 ....

Well located near restaurants and attractions. We walked around Rabat easily :) Breakfast was a nice buffet, great hot water in shower (for a cold evening) and we were able to park our hire car right in front of the hotel.

The water in the shower didn’t drain quickly enough making a bit of a bath at your feet.

All was very good: welcoming staff, comfortable parking, clean room, and absolutely delicious breakfast!

Soundproofing could be improved, unfortunately our second night a bunch of very rude and noisy guests disturbed our sleep. We had to call the night manager, then the situation got better.
