Throughout our stay, they anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, offering insightful recommendations for dining and attractions, arranging transportation with lightning speed, and handling every query with a level of grace and attentiveness that is truly rare. Room clean and bed comfortable, shower spacious. Breakfast was OK , very tasty wholemeal rolls, coffee with milk wasnt option on coffee machine but we were offered milk brought from kitchen by staff.

On description says hairdryer but wasnt in the room When asked staff on reception they said ” yes, it says on description but its not available”

Excellent breakfast, very good location (near the railway station & beach), fantastic swimming pool. This was perfect choice for me with very good internet facilities. So, I will be looking forward to coming back. Many thanks, Irina

I would prefer to face the swimming pool, not the front entrance of the hotel. Also if was very windy period, so my window was open by wind a few times. However, the rest was perfect, as was a size of the room - it was very spacious.

The location is great, the breakfast was very good and rich in options for the money. Staff were very nice and helpful! Room was decent size for our budget ( compared to a apartment hotel we stayed where you cant even move)

Internet is not working properly and the room has no fridge. Also the entry door is not automatic which is a hassle when you have bags. Needs some upgrading

No Fridge in the room

easy access, big parking , close to train station and shopping mall , good place to stay if you transit trough Tangier

The staff were very friendly, they also helped me with printing my boarding pass. (airports in Morocco don't accept electronic boarding passes...) The breakfast was rich with lots of options. The room was nice with a private bathroom. For me the location was perfect, not too close to the center so it was a more quiet area. But it only took 15min or so to walk to some nice restaurants. The beach was only 5min.

Everything was excellent, comfortable beds, location close to the beach and railway station, room was quiet and facing the swimming pool. I particularly liked breakfast.

Internet strength during my stay was not very good (maybe because my room was at the end of the passage, but I had to use my mobile hotspot almost all the time.

Outstanding location at the center of city, really close to the walking beach, and the main restaurant street. Veeeery friendly personnel, nice pool and really good breakfast. Rooms were clean and washed every day.

Window unfortunately didn’t close well, and at night was windy sometimes. Doors are thin and everything you speak is heard on the floor.

The room was good, the vicinity to Tangier city centre were good. The pool was nice.

I found the bed wasn't that comfy and when we arrived there was no bedding or pillows for the sofa bed for my daughter. We told the reception staff the telephone in our room wasn't working, the engineer turned up at 11:45 pm and woke us up.
