Well laid out hotel, exceptional staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was simple, yet had everything you needed in a functional way and my bed was comfortable. Excellent range of facilities- coffee machine, kettle, safe and fridge. There is also a shop in the foyer of the hotel selling snacks and drinks. Breakfast very good. There was an unexpected fire alarm during one evening- false alarm, but the staff were all good and kept people informed and got us back into the building without much fuss. Excellent public transport system - nearest metro 600m away with easy links to the airport or city centre.

Small gripe- pictures on website show a huge variety of toiletries- in reality there was just soap, shampoo and body wash in large dispensers. Although I totally agree with these sustainable efforts, some body lotion would have been very welcomed- as I say only a small inconvenience.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Excellent location of the hotel if you are by car (metro in 10 minutes), the hotel has been renovated, a comfortable room, a refrigerator and a microwave oven with a kettle are very convenient when you are with a small child. It was nice to see slippers in the room. Very good breakfast! A nice bonus was unlimited healthy drinks. Convenient parking.

The girl from the reception, Alina from Ukraine, is trying to arrange her personal life at the expense of the guests by sitting down at the bar during her working hours. Very unprofessional behavior for a hotel of this level.

Whenever I travel to Amsterdam, this hotel is my favorite place to stay. The location is perfect for how I like to travel. The hotel is outside the city and near the highway. I just exit the highway and park. There is a Metro station just five minutes away by walking which takes you to the city center in less than 10 minutes which is perfect. Near the hotel, you also have a small supermarket and a McDonalds if you want some late night snacks. The rooms are well sized and well equipped. The breakfast has a good selection as well. The check-in is always smooth and the onsite parking is expensive but a bit help if you are travelling by car. The bar downstairs in pretty basic and you can buy some drinks from the hotel's shop as the bar closes around 11:00 pm. Overall good value for money. I will be booking again soon.

A few things to mention for the team to improve: 1. The rooms can be better cleaned when they are made up during the stay. There was trash left in the baskets, some things left on the floor. I dont know if this is an environmental thing to not clean the room properly but you should look into it. 2. The room doors on the 11th floor where I was staying have scratches on them. Please fix them and they are starting to look run down. 3. The breakfast place needs a live egg station where we can get fried eggs etc. Its a very basic add but makes breakfast a better experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the Netherlands. The location is truly scenic, situated near a beautiful river that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance from the metro, making it easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The fast checkout option was a nice bonus and made departure smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great place to stay – perfect for both relaxation and easy access to the city.

Room was comfortable with big space, bed comfortable too and the seating options were nice. Pretty soundproof. The fridge was also a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices for everyone and I am sure I ate more that I should haha. I loved that we had iron and ironing board inside the room and didn't have to ask at the reception.

The parking fees were really high (32 EUR per 24h) and the hotel was quite isolated so there was nowhere to park cheaper. There was a small store inside but with high prices. Location was bit futher away from the city center but we booked the stay for the concert in the stadium so it was okay. The bathroom mirror was not well lit.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It could have done with a vanity desk as there wasnt much space to get ready. The pillows also were not too comfortable but the bed waa big and cosy. The room was always a good temp. We couldnt get the TV to play our devices though but thats ok as we werent in the room too much. Was glad to be able to rent bikes at the hotel. Restaurant food was good and staff were very helpful and friendly. We went to a gig at the Afas and this was a great location for biking to and from.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.

The only thing I didn’t really like was that the nearest metro station is currently under reconstruction, which makes it a bit inconvenient, especially when traveling with a small child. However, the surrounding area has beautiful scenery, so taking a walk was also very nice.

Extra spacious room. Excellent choices and quality of breakfast. Wonderful lounge. Amazing bed. Had a good night's sleep. Complimentary drinks on arrival is a great idea.

Location of the hotel. It is not 'Central'. The electrical plug points were not easily reachable in the corner of the room next to the huge pendant light. Simple stuff like the shower gel dispenser was less than half full (for a room of four occupants). We ran out. Iron box was the cheapest without option to steam iron. Not a great value for money spent. Sorry.

The location had easy access to the city center, as there was a metro stop nearby. The room had a lovely view to the canal and it was of a decent size. The soaps and shampoos provided were of excellent quality. The shower and the hairdryer were both very potent, which was a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of storage space in the wardrobe, and there was an ironing board available too. It was also lovely that the marathon route went past right in front of the hotel, so I was able to see the elite runners going past early in the morning.

The lifts were very slow. The worst of it was on check-out day, as my room key stopped working a few minutes before my checkout time and was unable to re-enter the room, as I wanted to call reception to check how to leave my floor, as the lifts stopped working altogether. I eventually found where the emergency stairs were and took those with all my luggage.

The view from 6027 was good. Especially being able to see the baby seagull and its parents! The shower was good and the bathroom was excellent. The fridge was handy. There were a good number of chairs. Beds were comfortable. Blackout blinds worked effectively.

It was unusual to have two different sized bed pillows. We ran out of body wash in one room. It would be handy to have cutlery, a bigger plate and bigger tea/coffee cups.
