The room was very spacious, the bed big and comfortable, and with all the necessary to make coffee or tea. The staff super friendly. They very kindly proposed me to move from the second facility (where I was staying at the beginning) to to the main building, because lift was not working there. I really appreciated that. They cleaned my room every day, even the one day I left it only in the afternoon...I thought I would have missed it, but when I got back room was done. Location is a little far from the city center, but nevertheless pretty handy, being next to Metro station Van Galenstraat and just two stops away from Sloterdijk Train station, where you can take trains for every destination.

A little remark, the drain shower was a little clogged, so water was kind of stagnating over the surface. It's one of the most convenient accomodation in Amsterdam, but still not very cheap, above all for a traveler solo.

We had a great stay! The breakfast was very good, and the room was a nice size with a private bathroom. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was great value for money. We also liked that the hotel doubles as student housing—being students ourselves, it felt comfortable and familiar to be around other students.

The only minor downside was that the air conditioning in our room didn’t seem to work properly, and the bed was a bit smaller than what we're used to—but neither issue was significant enough to affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Nice friendly environment with a nice café, pool and pong tables. It is so close to the metro and not far from a tram stop. The room was nice, with a kettle and a limited selection of tea and drip coffee. The bathroom had a full set of soaps and moisturisers. The hairdryer was small but efficient. All perfect.

The bathroom had no window nor powerful vent so after a shower we tried to open the room window. My bad! I unwillingly locked the window (twice) because in my house in the UK I press the button to open. Hence I asked reception to come and unlock it, but for this I had to physically walk to the other building as the phone in the room didn't seem to work. Reception was understanding, but at first they mistook the room number so I had to go back after some time and we ended up waiting so long that opening the window didn't seem necessary any more. The subsequent day I repeated my error out of habit...

The welcoming and vibrant atmosphere at Social Hub certainly leaves a lasting impression. The staff is incredibly accommodating and I enjoyed participating in several of their free (!) activities. It gave me the chance to connect with several other travelers and students, which only added to the experience. This Hub is located in West, right nearby both a metro and tram stop, only a 7 minute ride away from the city centre and right nearby Erasmuspark.

I think the room could be on the rather small side for a couple, but then again - how much time do you spend there anyway when you have such a lively common room area and integrated café?

We were very pleased with the hotel. It is an ideal hotel for travelers and remote workers. A place where you can stay safely. It is a bit far from the center, but the metro stop right next to the hotel makes transportation very easy. It is also close to the sloterdjik station, so you can easily visit the surrounding cities. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, of course, do not expect the comfort of your home. You can meet your basic needs at the bar below the hotel, they offer reasonable prices compared to outside. You can rent a bike. They offer you a social environment in the hotel lobby.

Great location, in a residential area and close to the tram station (around a 20 min ride to the center of the city). The check-in/out is done on a screen and is easy to follow, but the staff are also really helpful with any questions you might have. There is a common area and a bar with drinks and breakfast that feels really cozy. The rooms are decent, clean upon arrival and good value for money.

Some of the things in the room are hard to figure out, like opening the window or flushing the toilet (?) and the lamp over the bed makes it kinda uncomfortable to sleep. Also the elevators in one building were not in service during our stay.

We really liked our stay at the hotel. If we were'nt that shy, we would have also used the public areas and got to know people, because there it was really cozy too. Everyone was really nice,..

...But when we put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door handle and didn't answer the knock, because we didn't hear if they were knocking on our door or opposite, they (the cleaning staff) just came inside. They immediately apologised and went out. If they wanted to ask if everything is fine, that would be totally ok, but we didn't answer, so we felt a little bit strange after that 🤷

This is a massive and well run hostel complex. It has all the facilities you'd expect including a cafe on site, a quiet area, common areas including ping pong, and it even has free laundry - but make sure you get the app to use it! We ended up in an executive king which was tidy and had a decent bathroom. It wasn't a huge room so not sure how it compares to the standard doubles. Amsterdam is an expensive city and this hostel is no exception but it was a very good stay anyway. The metro is 30 seconds away, there's bike parking, and we would stay again.

It had a co-working space for people who work remote, a gym, laundry and everything you need. There was a cafe for coffee, breakfast, food. Spacious room. Tables outside to sit at and work. Bike rentals. Friendly staff

The curtain in my room fell off the track on the first morning I arrived and it took 3 days for them to fix. They told me it wasn’t a priority when I asked about it after it wasn’t fixed the first day I told them about it. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly. The bike rental (€18/day) was a little expensive for guests who were staying long term especially for the quality of the bike.

There was luggage storage, the check in and out were very easy and smooth, the staff was nice, the room was comfortable, there were good amenities and we had a positive vibe. Although it's pretty far from the city center, the location is actually very good. The hotel is right next to bus, tram and metro stops and very close to a train station, so getting everywhere was very convenient. The area is quiet and the window isolated sounds very well.

The bed was pretty small for two people and one of the bed lamps was directly next to my head.
