We didn’t actually stay at the townhouse, we were moved to another hotel called ITC which was opposite, the room itself was clean an tidy, the bed was amazing!!! Such a comfy mattress, lovely duvet cover, I didn’t wanna leave :( the room didn’t have any tea making facilities which was abit of a let down but the bed made up for it!

No tea making stuff in the rooms :( they were 2.50 on the machine in the lobby

It's in a perfect location i came on my own and the room was absolutely perfect couldn't ask for better value for money staff over in the reception are very welcoming aswellcwill definitely be using again

Not much as a lone traveler it was perfect location is great staff are great I honestly loved it rooms are spotless

Good communication with the staff. The room had a nice view over a canal, with lots of restaurants, cafés, and shops very close by.

The room was okay, could've done with some heavier curtains or a heater though... got pretty cold at night! The shared bathroom facilities were decent, although the toilet never had a hand towel/paper towels to dry which I thought was strange. Had a cold shower on one morning around 9am whicb wasnt fun.

Great location for where I had to travel in Amsterdam. Clean, efficient property with nice neighbourhood shops and cafes nearby. Try the small Italian place with home madepasta. Fantastico! I will be returning to the Townhouse for my next business trip to Amsterdam

The location was really good, and the room was even better than the images. The bed was comfortable,The shared facilities were clean and the staff was helpful.

The bedding had some stains on it.

Room was perfect for just sleeping there and relaxing in the morning as was there for a tourist trip so wasn't in the room much, but had everything you needed here!

Thin walls was the only deficiency

So close to everything , beds were so comfortable , great value for money

Quiet at night. Tram stop very close. Good shower.

Very little clothes storage space.
