Perfect location. Very stylish interior. Fantasting staff - elegant and attentive. Breakfast on very high level with outstanding quality of ingredients.

I had only one experience with Peacock Alley restaurant and it was below expectations - the chef may have had a bad day - my wagyu steak instead of bleu/rare came medium/ well-done. The icecream/ chocolate dessert came with icecream completely melted - maybe it was supposed to be this way but not a dessert that you are looking forward to. It was all well compensated with 2 glasses of champagne which I appreciated but eventually it was not encouraging to try the restaurant again.

We stayed in a garden view room which was lovely as we watched the green parakeets flying in the garden from our window. It was very peaceful and beautiful. The design and decor is very beautiful in the hotel, especially the wall paintings in the dining room and the blue velvet couches. The location is superb on one of the most beautiful canals and we could walk to most places from the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful with tips on where to go. The room service dinner was excellent. The staff and service was top notch! I would visit again in a heartbeat!

The breakfast we found very bland and over priced for what you get. We preferred eating breakfast off site at the many surrounding cute cafes.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service and staff. It is centrally located, offering a filling and healthy breakfast. The area boasts really nice shops, and there is a large supermarket close by. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the spa offers amazing treatments.

When someone moves on the top floors, you can hear it. However, this is something to be expected and is present in all of the buildings in Europe; it does not detract from the overall amazing experience

The interior and location of the hotel are perfect. The facilities in the room are also very nice and luxurious. Breakfast was well arranged.

Check-in was a disaster, it took them almost 45mins to get us checked in. This is not something one expects from a hotel of this range. Coffee (flat white) at breakfast was cold.

The property was beautiful and well situated within walking distance to everything. The decor was stunning and our room was perfect, we had the king garden room and have a view of the roof tops in the city - it was simply stunning!!!

I loved the cleanliness. Everything sparkled. The interior design was as outstanding.

The room needed more lighting gets. Either recessed or lamps. Only half of the room was well illuminated.

The peacock alley restaurant is more like an afternoon snack lounge than a restaurant. I find tables too low and very uncomfortable when trying to eat. Good food though.

Faultless service and hotel in our opinion. Special thanks to the guys on the front door and front desks - nothing too much trouble. Food also was superb

Room was excellent with the free upgrade which was a bonus! Breakfast was good and hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Bar staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome

Hotel bed was a bit hard but still managed to sleep well. tried to book a treatment but Unfortunalty we couldn't get one due to not booking in advance.
