The hotel is located very close to the town centre and metro stations. We travelled for the State of trance festival and this hotel was full of trance fans going to the same event which was great. Staff are very nice, we booked 2 rooms as there was more of us and the rooms were next to each other which we are very thankful for. Very clean and very comfortable hotel, we had a great sleep after all nights of partying.. The only down side is that there is no parking and parking in Rotterdam is very expensive, but we pre-booked the Markthal which saved us half price. Thank you and we will see you next year!

No free parking on site.

The staff are so friendly and cheerful, every person I spoke to was so pleasant and helpful. Being able to store your luggage pre check on and/or post check out is very useful, and means you can spend more time enjoying the city. The breakfast selection is very good, always hot and cold food available, and replenished frequently. The location is unbeatable, between Blaak station and Beurs metro, both of which are less than a five minute walk away. The hotel is close to the city centre's shops and restaurants, very close to the Markthal for food and snacks. There's a Jumbo on the other side of the water, and an Albert Heijn in the Markthal, so you're never far from pindakaas or stroopkoeken! Also close to the Boompjes which is a great place for running (not for me), strolling (that's more like it), and watching the world go by (definitely for me!)

The pillows are fluffy but go down to nothing when you put your head on them, I had to fold mine in half and it was still thin. The duvet is synthetic meaning that it makes you sweat. Something to bear in mind, in the warm weather people often sit on the outside table looking out over the water, so if you go to bed early you'll probably hear them chatting through the window.

The hotel is super close to Blaak station (hub for trains, trams, and busses) and the Markthal (an ideal breakfast/lunch/dinner spot). Also there is a supermarket within 100m of the hotel. With nice weather walking to the city center is also very doable. Additionally, the staff is very friendly!

The included breakfast option in the hotel is relatively expensive when you compare it to all the other options nearby. While the rooms are small (although still larger than some other hotels), you do not have a mini-fridge or coffeemaker in the room. It was inconvenient that we could not keep our drinks and snacks refrigerated. Additionally, the carpets in the rooms seemed worn, dark, and dirty.

Very nice cozy hotel, right in the centre of Rotterdam. The rooms are small, but comfortable.

Unfortunately we faced a very rude guy at our check out. He was struggling with giving an invoice, couldn’t print payslip although we were told that payslip will be attached to the invoice during check out. And he tried to educate us how to visit hotels 🤦🏽‍♀️ I am travelling all the time, I don’t need to hear a lecture about travelling, just print out my correct invoice.

We liked the destination close to the channels and famous interesting places. Comfortable and close to the center. The staff is nice and polite. Interior is nice. Towels changed every day.

The bed linen is not new and even had a small hole. It is worth to update the repair of the internal facilities, especially bathroom. The mattresses are already old and too soft. For such price we expected a bit more. Our room was close to the door which lead to the downstair and sometimes we heard big noise when door closed. The breakfast typical for Netherlands, mostly bread, sausage and cheese. Would be great to have some variety of food, but this is personal opinion.

The location of the hotel is a big advantage. Main important landmarks were mostly reachable on foot, including crossing of the Erasmus bridge. Additionally, it was well connected with the public transport whether you are reaching the hotel by metro/tram/bus. Room was clean and we did not request a cleaning service for a short stay. Breakfast buffet is quite rich but a bit expensive. The staff were pleasant and supportive, especially the lady who was working on the reception. There is a big supermarket near the hotel so you can equip yourself with a healthy snack before going out and about.

Good location - interesting to wander round the old boats moored up nearby. We were able to walk from the station, but it's quite close to a metro station, so that might be better. It was a great location for exploring Rotterdam centre on foot, but also a quiet place to stay, away from the busy roads etc.The room was pleasant - comfortable and clean. We were at the back of the building, so only had a view of a multistory car park - but not a problem if you're out exploring all day. The staff were very helpful and friendly - giving us detailed instructions of metro & bus we needed to take when we left.

The location is right in the city centre of Rotterdam, making it very easy to access different points of interest (although it's a 25 minutes walk away from the train station). The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed it. The bed and pillows were comfortable and our room was rather quiet, which allowed us to rest properly.

Our room had a lot 'usage' signs and quite some dirty signs too. The walls were full of black and black-ish stains, the desk had some weird, hard transparent thing on top, and the TV remote was disgusting. The bathroom is quite small even though the shower was large and great. We were unlucky that the safe didn't work in the first room we were given, so then we were moved to another room and this second room had a view towards a car park whereas our first room had a nice canal and river view.

It's certainly a hotel if you're spending most of the time not in the hotel, and the price reflects that

There was one day where there was a bag of trash in one of the elevators for some reason? Bed was also a little hard. No bath, only a shower, and a pretty cramped bathroom space

Cannot think of anything negative I could pass comment on.
