Rooms are amazing !! Staff was intuitive and supported ! The bed was so comfy ! Delightful bar and restaurant! Honestly already planning to come back next year TwitchCon and bring many friends with me !

My room had some areas that was not clean, as a deluxe room I didn't even have water in the mini bar ( was completely empty ) , one night a bar employee refused to give me ice for my foot injury which was surprising 😔 No elevator wasn't a big deal but not ideal when you want a break from the gym in your vacation 😅 But it didn't take from the best hotel experience I had in the past 5 years and I travel a lot !

Loved the location. Close to subway. Walking distance to almost everything. The room was luxurious. Bed, couch, table, fridge, Nespresso.

You have no control over your own room temperature. To turn on the AC you have to ask them to come up and turn it on. There's only one setting, on or off. And you can't open the windows. The bed is a bit soft for stomach sleepers but not so much that I couldn't sleep. There was no shampoo or conditioner but after asking a couple of people I got some shampoo. A box of Kleenex would be a nice touch .So a few snags but overall I had a great stay

The beds were very comfortable and big. The room had plenty of storage space. We had a coffee machine and water kettle, tea, and sugar. The breakfast was very good and you got a lot to choose from. The staff was very nice, especially Vasiliki, who kindly recommended us places to visit and guided us around the hotel. We are very happy to have chosen this hotel for our stay in Rotterdam. The location is great, very close to attractions, and about 10 mins walking to Kijk-Kubus houses.

The only issue we had is that the A/C wasn't working properly. We called the reception, and they fixed it, but it didn't cool off the room completely. The parking was expensive and kind of tricky to get to and from the hotel/outside, but at least there's a space reserved just for hotel guests, so we could easily park there.

We had a wonderful experience during our weekend stay at this hotel as part of a romantic getaway with my boyfriend. From the moment we arrived, everything met — and even exceeded — our expectations. The room was spacious, bright, and perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights was definitely the bathtub, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of quality options. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. One small downside was the absence of a vanity kit and the very limited amount of shower gel provided. Still, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and special place to stay. We’d definitely come back!

Fletcher Boutique Hotel in Slaak-Rotterdam! The combination of a warm, soundproof room with a nice view, along with delicious food and quick, polite room service, definitely was like a winning experience. “Our stay at the Fletcher Boutique Hotel Slaak-Rotterdam truly exceeded our expectations in every department. The room was just perfect. Very spacious and was just laid out really well, we felt at home. Bath and bathroom facilities were great. European hotels can be really poor on the bed front. At fletcher our bed was so comfortable, pillows were a delight to lie on. Missing this bed now we’re back in Spain. Photos of the room are exactly how it looks it’s modern, not run down. What you see is what you get! Location was perfect, right next to the station and not a far walk to the centre which we did most days. Sadly didn’t get to experience the breakfast or dinner as we had other plans but heard it was excellent. Every time we walked through the main lobby bar area, it was a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were helpful in every way. Value for money was just perfect. We actually planned to stay in Amsterdam but we couldn’t get a nice enough hotel in our budget range and due to me working in Rotterdam it made sense for us. And so glad we did as it was far better than anything we found in Amsterdam. Overall it was one of our most pleasant hotel stays to date. Thanks Fletcher

we had a skyline view room: which is very spatious and nice view. The hotel has been restored and a nice mix of vintage and retro style which we enjoyed. The beds are also good.

PARKING of the hotel is 29 euro's...so if you stay outside, you can do it cheaper: sundays free until 12h. Further on the urgently need to UPGRADE the fitness: it stated "luxury high quality" fitness... only 1 bike, 1 runnigmill and the rests only weights... so no spinning avaible for us, unfortunately

From reception to room the hotel had an aura of class, yet never felt out of place. The team here are incredibly helpful and friendly. We received a complimentary upgrade on our room which I have to say I'm really happy with. The room itself was very spacious and the bed was heavenly especially after each long day of walking around, also the deep bath was a treat! I truly believe in awarding full marks all round especially as I'm not fond of pretentious behavior. All marks are well deserved and I would re-book in the future if I find myself in Rotterdam again!

The tree view from our large windows was remarkable. The location of the hotel was right where we needed to be for this trip. The room was nicely decorated and though much smaller than our daughters, it was okay for us.

We did not know that the hotel was undergoing some construction. The lobby and surrounding area was sometimes noisy and a little dusty. We would have liked to see it when it was finished and to feel the calmness of that whole area. The staff was helpful, friendly, and always professional. We did have a few things that we needed help with: light bulb out over the desk area, missing television control, tissues not replaced (even when the empty box was beside the garbage can). We also had a miscommunication about some coffee for the coffee machine late one night. The staff was prompt.

This is my 3rd stay at Fletcher Slaak in the past 8 months. The top floor has amazing views that overlook the whole city. Lovely staff, spacious rooms, the location is right next to the metro and the tram, and only a 25 minute walk to the center. There are many nice cafes nearby. There is a nice bar and restaurant at the hotel as well. Special thanks to Mr.Mike and Ms. Lensa for making our stay extra special.
