I had a wonderful stay at B&B Hotels Zaandam. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The location is great — well connected to Amsterdam Central and other nearby attractions. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with local tips and directions. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Zaandam/Amsterdam area looking for comfort, value, and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again!

I wish they would have given one electric kettle in the room to make tea and coffee

After we had missed our connecting flight at the airport we stayed here for one night. At the reception we got helpful information about airport transfer. We also were able to buy drinks for the night, although it was already very late. We were also kindly advised, where we could order food, if we would still need something so late in the evening. In the morning we enjoyed a good breakfast. The quality was great and we ate a lot. The rooms were just what we needed for a short stay. They were comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Also, when we were looking for a supermarket near our place in zaandam. We went there later and enjoyed our stay in zaandam. Even if it was short. When we would have had more time, we would have had a good place to stay, while visiting places like the famous windmills.

5mins walk to 391 bus direct to Zaanse Schans . Great staff, evening reception was particularly helpful with info. (Gerard). We had a car so drove to Volendam beach (free parking) and Monnickendam, you can find 2hr parking near Marina, this place is gorgeous. Lunch by the canal, very peaceful. Buy a parking disc from Action (45c) so you can have free parking. Hotel is good value for money. Didn't have breakfast, but it looked good. coffee and juice are good. Staff here are very helpful.

Staff were so lovely and lent us a European plug for a week when we forgot ours - the room was really clean and quite modern, and the cleaners did an amazing job with cleaning the rooms. In terms of location, there was a regular bus to the centre of Zaandam/train station,every 25 mins or so which took around 15 mins to get to the station. Was easy to travel to Amsterdam/across the Netherlands. Really good value for money and better than staying in Amsterdam in our opinion!

Shame there was no kettle / fridge as would have been really nice to have hot drinks as we stayed for 7 nights

This is an excellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff at reception. It may not be that central to Amsterdam but it was easy to undertake a short and efficient commute by a local bus and train connection into Amsterdam. The hotel is good value for money and has a very good breakfast that is available for a very reasonable cost. The room was very pleasant andf the beds and linen and towels very good. exceptionally clean room and very good room service. Bathroom was large and the shower was excellent. All in all this hotel would be great for travellers with cars but is works well for independent tourists. It was only a short walk to the bus connection in a safe area.

The room was clean and well presented. The window opened wide and the air con worked well. The staff were friendly and polite. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. Bus stop was nearby that took us everywhere we needed. Near to a nature reserve which was beautiful for an evening walk.

This hotel is definitely catered better for people who can drive as there were no shops within walking distance, but with some preplanning that's not that bad. Breakfast was €12 a head which felt very pricey

We loved how comfy the beds were and that there were seperate doonas as it meant we could both be comfortable. There was ample storage space and charging ports which made charging and storing our devices easy. The facilities were FAB!! the shower was spacious and the lighting in the bathroom was lush. The staff the greeted you at the front were lovely and made sure that everything was all okay.

Wasn't aware of the holiday tax that you had to pay upon arrival, so just be aware.

I have traveled for several years and have had great experiences with many hotels. The staff here were exceptional at hospitality. They were always ready to help out with anything. They made the stay very easy. When we needed to book our room for the return home, we knew that they would be in our return plan.

The location is in an area away from any activity or restaurants. They made up for it with areas outside to sit and relax.

As promoted comfortable balance of value and comfort. cheaper than many being a little out . from from central facilities but a good base , particular for ourselves touring via motorcycle .

Would like to have seen a kettle in the room . Room on the small side but made up for by comfort.
