WOW, what a stunning place to stay. Beautiful scenery surrounding the property. Lovely roads and scenery in the area. Lovely room, amenities great, balcony views amazing, quiet location. Breakfast in the room was great, plenty for both of us. Most comfortable bed and pillow for me, had the best night's sleep. We cannot thank Kim and Gail enough for their hospitality. They went above and beyond what you would expect. We arrived extremely wet, having ridden in rain on the motorbike all day. They offered to drive us to a restaurant for food that evening, which they didn't have to but we were most grateful for. It was not a 10 min journey for them either but took us to a fab quirky place for food, called Lukes Kitchen,very popular and served lovely food. Shame we could not stay longer on this occasion, so we will have to come again!

Wonderful gem of a place. The location is spectacular and Kim and Gail very warm and welcoming. We stayed in the 2 bed spa apartment with our son between Christmas and New Year. Everything was spotless, beds very comfortable. We made good use of the sparkling clean spa and did an evening BBQ every day just soaking up the wonderful views of the bay from our deck. Nice walk down to Long Bay Beach from the apartment and we loved the zip line experience at Driving Creek. Could not recommend this place more highly!! Thanks Gail and Kim

Comfortable and spacious room, clean and well equipped. Nice continental breakfast. Gail and Kim friendly and knowledgeable. Super location with lovely views to the Wharf. Close enough to the good selection of restaurants in the town.

Communication could have been better. Water company shut off the water for all of our first night. Not the property’s fault but we were left guessing as to why we could not flush the toilet. Told in the morning that they tried to tell us when they found out at short notice but we were out at dinner. A note could have been left or they could have messaged on booking.com rather than leaving us guessing. Room had no air-con and was a bit hot even with the ceiling fan.

We were so pleased to have stayed two nights at Seaview. The location was amazing with beautiful views. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean which was very scenic and relaxing to dine and have drinks outdoors. The accommodation itself seemed new and was very clean. The bed was perfect with crispy white sheets! The studio had all of the comforts, space and was well appointed for everything we needed. Gail and Kim were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were terrific hosts. We recommend you stay here as we found our stay so relaxing. Spike was an added bonus!

It was raining cats and dogs when we arrived at the motel, so I didn't expect much, just wanted a room to take a bath and a bed so I could take some rest. But this was far beyond my expectations. The hosts were so kind that they didn't just only give us good advice on how to plan our visit in the peninsula the next day, but also took us to the perfect spots to take pics of sunset. The view of the motel was great, but the places they took us to were just awesome. The next morning, I was waken up by the sunrise from the sea and it was just fantastic. The room was clean, tidy and well-equipped. It takes 3 mins to drive to the town so it's convenient and quiet. Definitely would stay here again if I visit the peninsula again.

It would be better if the breakfast could be a bit more than the current portion. I had to have some snacks after breakfast.

Such a fabulous location close to Coromandel town.Stunning views from the decking area with beach walks and Kauri forest walk close by.The rooms are really well equipped and there are washing /drying facilities which is really appreciated when you are on a long trip as we were. The hosts welcomed us warmly .Breakfast delivered to your room at your convenience! Try and book the room with the spa it has the best views!

The owner is exceptionnal. She was extremely helpful when had a mechanical problem 20 km North of Coromandel on a Saturday evening. The car could not move and we were unable to get help from the off road emergency sevice and AA and not even the police. I then contacted the owner and she came to rescue us at 11 h pm. Without her we would had spend the night in the car. And the day after she graciously transfer us back and fourth to the city. My wife and I are so greatful the her for all the help during the période where we had no car. An enormous thanks

Beautifully clean. Good furniture and a comfortable bed.

This is a little harsh as most properties don’t have a laundry but after paying to use the laundry mine host locked the door while we were at dinner. She should have known that two of us could not have used the laundry prior to going for dinner. The stranger thing was why you would lock it at all. There are four rooms in the property and it is so far from anywhere it would hardly be a security risk.

Oh wow where to begin.. We had the 2 bed apartment with hot tub and it was amazing! Views to die for from inside and outside, fabulous hot tub, beautifully furnished, great bathroom, comfy bed and pillows and friendly owners who couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was included, we chose it the night before and it was delivered to our room at the time we requested, beautifully presented on a tray. We only stayed one night but wish we’d stayed longer, we loved it!

The views were un real and the complementary breakfast each morning yummy. The room was to die for and the owners were amazing friendly accommodating and just bloody awesome. We will be making it our place to stay whenever we go to coromandel from now on. Best place ever. I will be telling everyone I know .
