Pros: Spacious room, very comfortable and large bed, sizable kitchenette, heated floor and both Italian and conventional showers in the bathroom, quiet environment, close to Dunedin airport, a hidden beautiful white sand beach nearby, perfect for surfing; luxurious apartment with a reasonable price and early check-in time at 14:00.

Cons: When the bathroom light is turned on, the fan automatically runs for five minutes, which can be annoying if guests need to use the bathroom at night. It is a 15-minute drive from downtown, so the location cannot compete with other motels or accommodations in the CBD for people looking for entertainment or shopping.

My stay was wonderful. I stayed 3 nights while I was up in Dunedin studying and it was a perfect retreat. The bed was super comfortable. The shower is I think the most AMAZING shower I have ever had, and it was huge. It was convenient, parking was great. The room was spacious. There was a nice wee area outside for seating. The towels, although not newish were the perfect drying towels. I tried to look for the brand because I would have bought some. All in all it was fantastic value for money and a wonderful stay.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. If there had been a bathtub, they would have had difficulty getting me to leave.

Warm comfortable room. Great shower. Great kitchenette. In a quiet residential area. A lovely stay in a quiet part of town located about 10 mins from the central city. Room size was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Was great having the cats to pat 😀🙂

Would it be possible to have a do not disturb sign for guests who are wanting some down time? Also would be good to mention in your advertisement that it is in a back house section, I was looking for a structure on the roadside and felt odd driving into someone's personal drive way. 🙂🙂🙂

Comfortable spacious room with good heating (underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely). King sized bed was very comfortable. Generally well equipped kitchen. Good seating and LCD TV. Electric Vehicle fast charger (7KW/hour, 50c/KW) was a great service. Quiet location with plenty of room for parking. 10 minutes out of the center of Dunedin - motorway gives quick access. Easy access to room when arriving late. Good communication with owner.

Bathroom and kitchen were a bit tight for space but fine. Kitchen could do with vegetable peeler and grater.

The location was excellent , so quiet , private and accessible to Mosgiel to catch up with family. Only a 20 minute easy drive to the city. It was exceptionally clean and warm, underfloor heating in the bathroom and the shower pressure was amazing. Well stocked kitchen and amenties. Affordable rates . Off street parking

The bed was on the firm side however the linen was clean

I arrived and the keys were on the table, the heater was on so room was incredibly warm, cozy and inviting. The bathroom and rain head were delicious! Absolutely loved the shower. Clean towels were placed in my room everyday with nothing else being disturbed. Very busy accommodation but not disruptions from other guest either! Strongly recommend. Also, Fairfield is close to everything you.

Only thing i could suggest is having a brush and shovel available for any spills that may occur. Oh and perhaps a guide to where one can eat. Village Green was lovely and recommended by the friendly ladies at Fresh Choice!

Great location & value for money. Only 10 minutes from the city, located down a quiet street with no traffic making it very easy to access. Room exceeded expectations, provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had the room on the end with a lovely garden view which included an outdoor table & chairs. We were easily able to extend our stay when we decided to stay in Dunedin another night. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Dunedin.

Instructions were clear; the key was in the room & an easy checkout as well, just left the key inside as instructed. We just needed a space to rest before going out for dinner on Tue night. Location of venue was perfect for us heading South on Wed morning. However, hubby decided to go back into Dunedin City for some shopping & brunch. Our room was great - loved the size & water pressure of the shower.

Clean, and spacious, great kitchen very warm fantastic shower and awesome underfloor heating in the bathroom. Great outdoor BBQ and Table and chairs. Easy access to the motorway north or south.

Location is a bit of a drive to the city but close to Mosgiel and walking distance to the Village Green. It would be a great stop over before going flying out of the airport.

The apartment was lovely, pleasant, pleasing to the eye and very clean. We were more than happy with it and if we were to return to Dunedin, we would stay here again. Due to our late arrival, we had a non-contact no hassle check-in, so we really cannot review the staff, except to say, their process of check-in, was so simple, and for this, we were very grateful. We would highly recommend Superior Dunedin Apartments to all.
