The motel is located in the central part of Dunedin, though in a quieter area. The apartment was very cleand, roomservice was provided daily. The room could be heated with a spaceheater, which was a nice touch in the cooler outside temperatures. The kitchen was equipped with a kettle and a microvawe, salt and pepper was provided too. We really enjoyed our time in Dunedin.

The only little nuisance was that the taps in the bathroom was very small, your hands could hardly fit under them, and the cold and hot water taps were separated, so you could wash your hand either in icey, or hot water ( we didn't really mind it as the sink in the kitchen was much bigger and the water temperature could be easily regulated).

Very good sized room (with a sofa even with 2 beds) with a small balcony. The kitchenette had all the basic amenities like fridge, microwave, cups, dishes etc. At the heart of Dunedin CBD, so you can walk around and enjoy the Victorian buildings along with the shops and restaurants without thinking about taking your car. We stayed at an annex building of the motel, which from outside looks old and not well maintained. But overall, it surprised me with the facilities. Lots of parking space and the staff is really nice.

No views at all given that the property is in the CBD. No sponges to do the dishes, even though there was soap. I wish the management does revamp the property to make it more attractive. The water pressure in the shower was really low.

Great location - close to the Octagon and touristy sites. Good room size, very comfortable armchairs and decent water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was also well equipped.

The extractor fan in the bathroom could be a bit stronger as the mirror fogs up very quickly and takes a long time to clear up. When you shower, the bathroom floors get quite wet as the shower flooring doesn't dip enough. The walls are quite thin as well and you can hear your neighbours. We were lucky however as everyone was quiet by 10pm and weren't too loud in the morning.

The location of the motel is wonderfully central to the CBD but extremely quiet. The room was incredibly spacious and well appointed, particularly for its price point.

The building is quite dated and the outward appearance wasn't overly appealing. The feel of the complex does make it feel it is yet to be modernised. But this doesn't reflect how the room actually was.

Room was lovely and clean, bathroom was nice and staff were great. Nice and close to places to eat.

Location was great, was a bit nosy but thats to be expected with all the students coming back to school. People next door were up late singing which wasn't great as it was hot and windows need to be open. The beds are far to soft and when one person moved the other person got bounced around. Parking is a bit tight.

No air con - it was so hot, that we slept with the windows open, but there was no breeze, so the room was warm

It's an older building, but it's clean. Location is perfect, just behind the octagon. We were aiming for the town hall, and it's only a small block away. Staff were lovely. Room was larger than I am used to getting when traveling.

Bend your knees in the lift. It helps the landing go smoother 😂

King size bed, good quality sheets. Location is centre to most venues 2 lazy boy armchairs, very comfortable. Complementary newspaper

No cook top but this probably was because it was a studio unit. Did have a microwave though Not as generous as other motels with tea coffee etc

We were given a spacious corner room on the third floor with lots of light and views of the city. There was ample storage space for our three night stay and the kitchenette was well supplied. There is a choice of elevator or stairs. The staff was so helpful! We needed secure storage for our electric tandem and it was happily and readily provided.

Rooms are huge! Tastefully decorated, and had everything we could need. Easy but secure access, very comfortable - far better than expected from the outside of the building. An inexpensive breakfast was offered daily as well. Carparking available, which meant the city was walkable. Huge bed, needed to send a search party to find each other.

Only instant coffee on offer, so we visited a local café for our coffee needs. Shower was so roomy, but could have done with a light closer - no big deal though.
