I had a wonderful stay at this lovely property in central Dunedin. The apartment is extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything one could need. The bedroom is peaceful with a very comfortable bed, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The lounge and kitchen area are tastefully furnished and fully equipped—ideal for relaxing or preparing a meal at home. The bathroom is modern with a great shower, and having both a washing machine and a tumble dryer was a real bonus during my travels. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Dunedin, within easy walking distance of shops, cafés, and key attractions.

Exceptionally close to St Hildas where the conference was being held, and steps down to the city are just a block away. Curtains blocked out the streetlights which made for a good sleep and it's a pretty quiet location. Bed was warm and comfortable, kitchen well appointed and LOVED the shower pressure. Very responsive staff - definitely recommend

A pair of dishwashing gloves would be helpful and knowing the Royal Terrace address if your apartment is on that side would save lugging luggage up the outside stairs- the lovely cleaner helped me! Would also like a blanket for the lounge area as I feel the cold

Very clean. Quiet and private location but close to town with off street parking. Big wardrobe cupboard with plenty of space to put your clothes and keep your luggage tucked away. Very cute and comfy apartment for a weekend stay. All communications with the host were clear and friendly.

It's cold in Dunedin and the bathroom floor was very cold and not heated (I know... I'm spoilt). There seemed to be a heat lamp on the ceiling of the bathroom but it didn't come on / we couldn't find the switch for it anywhere. But the fan heater was ok. Shower cubicle was a bit small. These are all v small points - overall we thought the apartment v cute and comfy.

Lovely, spacious property, comfortable and well-equipped. We appreciated the gifts of chocolate and coffee, and having plenty of towels, which were replaced during our 3 night stay. Just a 15 minute walk to the city centre - though we got Ubers back every time to avoid the uphill climb!

Just be aware that the two bathrooms each contain just a shower and basin, and there is only one toilet in the property. It may not matter, but good to know in advance.

Great communication from Owner. Easy check in & out. High standard of presentation inside & out. When you walk in it smells so nice and clean and looks fresh and light. This accommodation is better in real life than in the photos. Everything you need is there. A lot of thoughtful effort has gone into supplying your needs here. Nice quiet location. Definitely recommend staying here again.

Such good use of a small studio space. Lots of little extras like chocolate and coffee. A most comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Host very helpful and recommended restaurants and places of interest. She went over and above. Highly recommended.

Location up steep hills and via tight driveway. But not complaining really.

The lovely bed, magnificent walk-in cupboard, the fantastic washing machine, the very pretty courtyard, the very convenient parking and the coffee, chocolate and milk kindly left for us. Cecilia was very sweet and recommended a fantastic Italian restaurant in town- - Etrusco.

We found the kitchenette a little cramped to use.

The facilities were excellent and the property was immaculate.The keys were in the door and we were sent that message before arriving, also giving us our apartment number.We were upgraded to what was virtually a house.It was a very quiet location although in close proximity to many places of interest.Cecylia was a very caring host and when we wanted to watch the Anzac Day service and had difficulty with the TV it was fixed promptly.

My only quibble was that there were stairs between the spacious living/cooking area and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom/toilet which we were not expecting and my old knees found that a bit difficult. It was also quite a steep hill to walk up and down to get into Dunedin but as we had a car that didn't happen very often.

Location was great, great sized rooms, host was lovely and was available and flexible but not intrusive at all. Very quiet and safe area with lovely gardens. Easy parking.

Easy parking, right off the street, rear section. Really convenient location for us. The town house had a good homely feel to it.

My wife didn't find the beds to be very supportive and so didn't get a very good nights sleep. I found the bed somewhat soft but OK for me.
