The clean, fully fully (yes) apartment was comfortable and well located in the Octagon not too far up the hill from restaurants and close to a large supermarket. It's across the street from a reasonably priced indoor parking garage. Free street parking 7pm-9am. Outdoor stairs to first floor entrance level of two bedrooms, each of which with an en suite bathroom, in apartment staircase to living room/kitchen.

Centrally located and accessible to multiple cafes, bars, shopping and the movies. it was also a block away from the function that we were attending. Wilson parking right across the street and it cost $25 from 2pm Saturday to 10am Sunday - totally affordable and saved having to try and find a park in the street. Really warm, spacious and had a cupboard of pantry staples like coffee and Panadol (which came in handy the next morning) Couldn’t hear any street noise at all, staff were really friendly when we left in the morning.

Loved the location. The size of the apartment is so great!

It said parking in the booking but it is actually paid street parking which we didn’t get that info until the day. Which was fine but I prefer to know before I book especially if it’s limited time and we have to move the vehicle or use a parking lot.

Good location, well maintained, quiet.

PARKING, we managed to manoeuvre the car around. That would be the only downside in not having an allocated car spot. There is no cupboard provision for the 2nd bedroom if you were staying for a longer period.

Location, clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Would highly recommend to others, especially if you are travelling as friends the two bedrooms with bathrooms were much appreciated.

There was a bit of an issue with parking, Although Alexa explained where and how to park which was much appreciated, the car park across the road was often full which meant we had to park on the one hour street parking which meant having to keep going back to the car to top up. Overnight 6pm to 9am is free.

Lovely building shell. Fantastic location for Dunedin Octagon access, yet still pretty quiet.

Having to 'juggle' the parking was a bit of a pain. No real problems, but just a layer of effort we'd be happier without.

Quirky air bnb built within a church. Excellent location. Each couple having their own bathroom was definitely handy. Had good contact with the owners, making sure everything was ok. Easy to warm up

The location in a converted church gives this vacation apartment a special charm. This is especially true in the large living room. The apartment is also well equipped, offers good WiFi and is clean. We were completely satisfied.
