The room was large with a living area, however the stove was closed off, which was fine as we didn't need to cook. There are many restaurant/takeaway options right outside. Staff was friendly and even offered us an upgrade, which we rejected cos it was just 2 of us for 1 night. They also allowed us to check in 15mins ahead of checkin time, which was very nice.

Free parking is available but a little limited if you are there with a larger vehicle/RV, however the staff was friendly and even gave us instructions and kept a lookout as we were parking our RV. Would recommend to come early like we did. Sofa cushions could use a wash tho - smelt like feet.

Everything Lonely Planet said it was. Lots to like here for location. Shopping, cafes, Woolworths grocery store all convenient. Tiny reception room and a very nice helpful young man on duty. Bit of a strange approach to the suites through an alley and a garage but once inside my room, F101 - was a pleasant compact surprise with thoughtful touches like a bathrobe, slippers. Well equipped pocket kitchen, a dining table and 2 chairs, roomy shower room, everything sparkly clean. Interesting openwork red occasional table, small sofa with a colourful cushions, a little balcony with bistro table and chairs. Nice comfortable bed. I was a little leery about walking in the dark to the Intercity stop at Woolworths (maybe 10 min), but it was no issue. Made me wonder what big city living has done to me. Anyway, clearly a lot of thought has gone into making this place a comfortable stay .Appreciate the laundry room as well.

Tiny picky stuff barely worth mentioning but here I go -If views matter to you -my suite was facing a back alley/parking area. There isn't one. I mostly don't care. -heating instructions were straightforward but I still found it cold and bundled up in the spare comforter. -decor is a very personal thing and this was the ever-common basic neutral black/grey/white with colour blob that is everywhere these days. I suppose it's for efficiency but to me it's an office feel. It would be nice to see another attractive colourful print like the one in the bedroom or just swap it with the metal thing so the room has a weensy bit more warmth and vivacity. Do like that red table though. Oh, and sorry I forgot to dump the 2 items in the fridge!

The property has been beautifully renovated inside, and is in such a central location. Lots of little things were done well, with microwave, toaster and decent size fridge, cable TV for times you are not out and about, and even the heated floor in the bathroom makes the stay extra comfortable. They even make laundry facilities available to do a load of washing which is very helpful. Balcony only looks over the carpark but gets nice sunshine in the afternoon. The ladies who service the unit each day do an exceptional job, my son loved they arranged his fluffy toys on his bed every day. This hotel is highly recommended.

Room was nice and warm when we arrived - which was great as it was cold and wet outside. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and tidy and had plenty of space. Parking was fine and the location was really central and close to shops and restaurants.

There was no lift to our room, but we were aware of that when we booked so not really an issue, just something to be aware of when you book those rooms.

Great rooms and bedding in a quiet space in the heart of town. Parks are available, although a little tight and it can be a struggle to get into and out of George street, but that's the price you pay for being so central. If you're happy to spend most of your time walking, or visiting the hospital, then this is a perfect option.

You'll struggle to get in and out of George Street as it's very busy at most times of the day and the parks in the hotel are cramped. This is the trade off for the properties centrality.

We stayed in the older part of the complex which was well presented. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit and the early morning sun. Was good looking out into George Street. Awe were part of a large group and particularly enjoyed the terrace as a place to met and have a few drinks. The location was excellent for the shopping area

If I had to pick something it would be that the floor in our unit squeaked in places but that’s what you get when the building is a bit older

A 10 minute walk from the main Bus Stop. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores along the way. *The entrance is in an alley off the main street*. A nice well setup studio.

An older building with thin walls and squeaky floors. Windows faced an alley with bright lights all night.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay and the beds were comfortable. We particularly loved the warm bathroom floors. We loved the terrace on the first floor.. comfortable space to hang out and enjoy the warm sun even on a cold/rainy day. Excellent location. It was within walking distance to Otago University Campus, library, town is only a few steps away but tucked away from the buziness of town.. There were road works conducted with heavy machinery in the middle of town. However, this did not disrupt our stay or disturb our sleep. Within walking distance to hospital and Dunedin city. The architectural buildings and stores surrounding Appartments are unique and beautiful. The beauty of Dunedin that we enjoyed from our room balcony. Motivating environmental care and preserving energy. What an inspiration. We came away from our stay feeling greatful, with a more appreciative perspective and how we can contribute to our environment even in our own back yards. I would encourage anyone to visit Dunedin a beautiful city with it's own hidden jems and make sure you stay and experience Euro Appartments. New Zealand at its finest. Great value for your money. You will not be disappointed believe me.

The room was modern, spacious, comfortable and well equipped for a long stay. The bed was sooo comfortable! The location couldn't be any more central, the accommodation was right in the centre of the new shopping mall. We had a mix up with our dates and George couldn't have been more helpful . There was undercover parking which was a bonus as we left the car there and walked or rode the e bikes everywhere . I would highly recommend staying at Euro 315!

The view was over the adjoining car park but we didn't stay in our room long enough for it to bother us.

We had booked a 1 bedroom apt for 3 nights. On arrival, we were told the apt had no balcony, and we were offered a studio apt with a balcony. When I asked about the price difference, I was told the studio was more expensive but we could have it for the same price, which I found interesting as the 1 bed apt was supposed to have had more facilities. However, no complaints about the studio - comfortable king bed, good pillows and bedding, great shower, table with 2 chairs for eating, bathrobes etc and some undercover car parking available. . And great location for a visit to Dunedin.
