Location was extremely convenient. Walking distance to a 24 hour mart and places to eat. Host was very pleasant and helpful. Provided a lot of information on what to do and where to eat. Parking was just outside the unit. There was heating in the living room.

The accomodation only had 1 bathroom. It wasn't stated clearly in the description. It was really inconvenient as we had 5 people and everyone had to take turns to use the bathroom. The heating in the bathroom was on a timer, hardly helped. The toilet seat was a little shaky.

Terrific location, with car parking available we were able to walk to most of the central locations we needed to go and only use our car when we needed to venture further. Staff were friendly and attentive. I had an issue with the hardness of the bed, but they made an effort to locate and put on a mattress cover to help this. Very clean throughout. Daily service too for clean towels etc

For me the bed, but my husband found it ok. So really that’s personal preference. We did a lot of walking then standing watching our daughter play football, it would’ve been lovely to have more comfortable couch or chairs to sit on in the evenings. The two smallish arm chairs were practical rather than comfortable.

The location is great, and the lady at reception makes you feel like you're visiting a relative—she’s very kind, supportive, and warm. I’ve stayed here twice before. Unfortunately, this time the room and bed were not comfortable, and I couldn’t sleep well during the three nights of my stay. However, the receptionist’s kindness and hospitality are enough that I would still choose to stay here again if I return to Dunedin.

It was an amazing room. Clean, spacious, great location, Netflix on the Tv for free, nice big kitchen with stove and amazing owners. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who goes to Dunedin. The location is in a perfect spot and easy to find. Highly highly recommended this place 10/10

Sadly there aren’t heaps of parking spots, luckily we got a park every time but if you leave the park and come back at around 5-6 the parks may be taken.

We found the property very clean, our studio unit downstairs was spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating right from checking in to checking out. Location was great, very close to the University as we were there for Graduation and easy to walk there as we flew in from the North Island so did not feel we needed to hire a vehicle. Close to everything in town.

Free off street parking. Very spacious rooms even the bathroom. Great bed. Useful guest laundry. We self catered as I am a coeliac. A good food store a short walk away & big supermarket a short drive. Kitchen fairly well equipped, especially scissors & small parring knife which are rare in motels but often needed. Staff were excellent & attentive.

Shower pressure poor. Not sure if whole city same. A reminder that some units are upstairs & stairs are steep. Ok for us but not every one nor those with heavy luggage.

Just a block away from the University of Otago. Very clean and comfortable. Large unit with parking right outside front the door. The check in process was super fast and easy. She had lots of good recommendations for the area. The washer/dryer combo wasn’t working properly in our unit, but the owner was very concerned and apologetic. She also assured me she would get it fixed right Away.

The apartment was the perfect amount of space for our group, great kitchen facilities, spacious lounge, bathroom space was great - the washing machine was also a great bonus!

The angled ceiling in the upstairs double room, I'm glad it were my kids using this bed as we would definitely have got our heads. Having a folding airer would have also been great to dry our washing without relying on the dryer.

Loved the fact that our host, Kevin, took the time to give us a street map of Dunedin as this was our first visit. He also marked out all the major tourist attractions for us (which we then visited). Very helpful as we were only there overnight. Very central location, easy to find and good parking (although we had to park on the street overnight as someone had taken our park - not the hosts fault!). Comfortable, spacious room with everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

Apart from the parking issue (wasn't the hosts fault), we have no complaints at all!

Loved having my own bedroom and my daughter slept in the lounge. It was peaceful to go and read if I needed to away from the main lounge. Spacious in the kitchen, dining and lounge area and very very clean. Nice bathroom with good water pressure, so close to the university and main street, and I would definitely book here again. My room 11 was awesome.
